He actually asked to borrow a tool from me, spent a lot of time on his phone trying to figure things out, and even had to call another tech for help. After all that, he gave me a guess about why my freezer wasn't working, while also trying to redirect me by saying my refrigerator might still be under warranty and that I should contact them instead. That's something that should have been clarified before the appointment, not after wasting my time. Now, four days later, my freezer is still not working. The part hasn't even been ordered, and I've been told yet another technician needs to come out. To make matters worse, they've given me another vague 4-5 hour window to wait around for them. Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating and time-wasting experience. Poor communication, lack of preparation, and zero sense of urgency. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
