The person who came to measure the apartment was friendly and professional as well. But the biggest shout out goes to Billy and Emil!!!! I cannot believe how hard they worked to get the job done. We had heavy furniture that they took care of without a second of annoyance. They were patient and thorough with the job which made us happy because we are just starting our home together and want it to be nice. BC and N is lucky to have these two working for them. I had heard of Davis furniture and went to their store. I was so glad that I did! I explained the situation to the salesman. He could not have been nicer. He suggested that I purchase a metal frame to replace the broken wood. He showed me what it would look like. The cost was only $160.00 plus tax. What a relief! The frame was delivered and installed. The gentlemen who came to my house were wonderful! They were so professional and within 15 minutes my problem was solved! I sleep so much better now. For the most part, it's pretty easy to navigate the store where everything is, and also the staff does a great job of keeping it all organized. The aisles are wide enough which makes it easy to pass, leaving no frustration on my end. The store seems to be fully staffed in pretty much every aisle, and also most of the time, a greater at both of the entrances.

One of the oldest Iranian rugs, which was used in our foyer, came back, completely unusable with huge ripples in it that would not lay flat. Upon asking Mr. Jafri to take it back and stretch it and make it usable again, it took another six months, and still was not flat. I told him that we would be putting a claim in his insurance for the value of the rug and he claimed that this time he would make it better After another five months, it came back. It was better, but it's still not flat. He claimed he had to send it somewhere overseas to get it stretched . the rug is now a tripping hazard. Jafri offered no refund or compensation even after we spent $25k with him. I do not recommend this company
