I could not find this location on Yelp or elsewhere because I did not know what the name of the business was based on the logo. This is a very large shop- unstructured warehouse footprint close to where the old TJ Maxx was before they moved across the road. THE STAFF: greeted pleasantly by Stella, who didn't have her over me. That was appreciated. I was approached by a second person shortly after who responded well when I told him I was already working with Stella. THE INVENTORY: BLING. BLING. BLING. Meandering through, I was overwhelmed by the amount of bling and ostentatiousness. Perhaps it's a indication of my generation, but the furniture and styling of the pieces reminded me of dance clubs. Knock off versions of Golddipped, Rhinestone, studded, vases, lamps, and tchotchkes. if you are buying a business like a nightclub or trendy coffee shop, and need seating, that will stand out, this could be your place. Or if you are decorating a teen or tween's bedroom or "lounge" space, have at it. Trendy pieces that are not made to last. PRICING: all that imitation bling is costly, so expect to pay proportionately for it. Not my taste, but I'm sure that they will do well if anyone can possibly find their shop. In fairness, because it's not my specific taste it is difficult for me to provide a store ranking here. If you like this type of furniture and accessories, you'll probably vote for or more stars. The quality on clothes inspection for me does not rank more than three. by the way, the sign outside it's supposed to be the initials, IDF. Just look for the logo that is completely baffling and you should be in the right place.

My husband went to the store to speak to the owner but apparently he no longer works there (lies) everyone has a boss that gives them a paycheck. I still haven't gotten my new section to replace the hole, we have been calling them and they keep telling us that we will get a call back but we don't. 9/2/25 - a few days earlier I received an email and a text that the technician would be here…read moreTuesday between 1 PM and 4 PM. There was a photo and that the technician's name was Brian. So, besides a truck with the company name on it, we knew what he looked like. He arrived a little bit after 12 noon. Fine with us. He could see that the stile was slightly apart from the legs. He took the chair apart and tried to see if the stiles were interchangeable. At that point, we noticed that the one stile had been cut at the wrong angle at the factory, To fit properly he tried to trim it to fit better. But, to be on the safe side, he didn't want to remove too much wood, as it might compromise the structural integrity of the chair. Because of the height of the chairs, knowing that people would be putting their feet on the stiles rather than the floor. To protect the finish on all the stiles, I added an L shaped protective corner within days of delivery. It's not the kind that can be removed, without damaging the finish. That Raymour & Flanigan, in an effort to please the customer; even though the warranty expired, sent out a technician to correct something that should've been brought to their attention earlier. Raymour and Flanagan graciously provided this house call at no charge. That says a great deal about the Company's integrity, and customer service. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for furniture to go to Raymour & Flanigan. After we took delivery, in February 2020, we noticed defects a few days later. We took photos and showed them to our sales person at the Store. They sent technicians to see if they could correct it at the time they couldn't.

He suggested that I purchase a metal frame to replace the broken wood. He showed me what it would look like. The cost was only $160.00 plus tax. What a relief! The frame was delivered and installed. The gentlemen who came to my house were wonderful! They were so professional and within 15 minutes my problem was solved! I sleep so much better now. Let me get through summer please before you start pushing Halloween on me. At the very least, if you're going to push the next holiday, offer deep discounts, and incentives to come in and buy those things. I'm still shopping for summer and seeing Halloween may be a little down in the dumps to be honest. We're not even at Labor Day yet. On the other hand, I did find what I needed, which was a large planter for my front steps. It had some damage to it so they did offer me a discount which I appreciated. That actually sealed the deal because the damage could be placed to the back and out of sight.
