Great people! Great care! Just be sure hospital is in your insurance network, otherwise you get hit with a HUGE bill.

They seemed disorganized. My initial nurse wheeled me through the waiting area to have one procedure done instead of going in the halls behind the lobby . I was embarrassed because I was in a surgical gown at the time, when that procedure was done. A different nurse did take me back to my original room in the back halls to not create embarrassment. She said going through the lobby is quicker, but they should not be taking patients in gowns through there! The mammogram tech and radiologist were fantastic and the surgeon was also great! I was there a total of 7 hours when I was told it would be 5. Two procedures were done though and tHings run slow here, but they are thorough! I recommend it for outpatient care!

Went to one doctor who pushed for an MRI, and then never got back to me. Waited a few months and decided to head here (Pinnacle) and give them a go. Was in so much pain at the time that I couldn't even sit down without tears welling up. Standing at an always angle was my only relief. They saw this. They knew this. This visit occurred around spring time 2025 I went in, did the routine, signed a waiver to release my MRI to them, and got some blood work scheduled for a little later on. Left very hopeful and optimistic with how genuinely invested the doctor seemed to be in fixing me. Gave me a lot of info. I never heard back from Pinnacle. No follow up, no "hey we have your MRI results and this is what they show", no emails, no calls/voicemails, not even a letter. Nothing. Pinnacle ghosted me. The lack of follow up and being all around a caring and professional healthcare organization is not the reason for the single star rating however. The rating comes from the fact that nobody got back to me, yet I OWED THEM MONEY. I paid my copay, and thought that was it. Next thing I know, I have a collections agency calling me about a debt stemming from my visit here at pinnacle. Had absolutely no knowledge of it. And when I called, I got a woman with a nasty attitude basically telling me I'm an idiot because they always send out PAPER MAIL about money owed. So not only did I not get a letter at all, but in 2025, you can't CALL ME OR EMAIL ME WHEN YOU HAVE MY INFO?? This came at the perfect time too, because I was just recently laid off from work. So now my credit will take a hit because I NOW don't have the $300 I could've paid off months ago Nice place inside, but absolute trash. Would never recommend. I will never go here or another affiliated healthcare company again. It's hard enough finding people who care, but this is ridiculous. Screw Pinnacle

They decided to keep her there overnight. Ok, we can deal with that. However, there were some issues with her stay. Quality: Awful! They kept her overnight...in the ER! They wouldn't admit her because they claimed that they were out of rooms. THEN, WHY ADMIT HER IN THE FIRST PLACE????? We live close enough for her to get there at a decent time! Care: Terrible! The staff was mediocre, at best. They weren't unprofessional, but they also weren't very knowledgeable. My Wife's chart states that she can't take statins, but they gave her one this morning anyway. How do I know! Her Nurse admitted to her that they had done so by mistake! He also suggested that she get on Repatha, and her chart clearly shows that she is already taking it! Unbelievable! While was there, I never saw anyone come to see her but her Dr. The highlight of the night was the Security Guard, who was very friendly and cordial, even while doing his safety searches on us. Experience: Horrible! Since they decided to keep her overnight, you would think that they would also feed her, but she was offered a PB&J for dinner. That's it! Really? Are we in Third Grade? On top of that, they managed to squeeze her in last night and she was able to get her MRI done before 8pm. So why keep her overnight? She came to do an outpatient procedure? ‍ We brought her some food because she was starving, but we should have been able to take her home. In my opinion, this was a serious mistake on their part. Please request a different hospital if you can. This used to be a top tier hospital, but the quality has really gone downhill.

Nurses empathetic and techs always asking if there's anything I needed. Best experience of my life.

Review- This hospital had me fooled. My last procedure was with the colonoscopy dept. They were so…read morenice, they were polite and professional but they did their job. With the colostomy department, when they woke me up from anesthesia. It was quiet, and someone called my name to wake me up. And I said, "Is it over?" They let me recover. I went home, all good. Fast forward to September 23rd, I come into Methodist for a hip replacement. BIG difference from last time. It was all good till I woke up from anesthesia. Dr. Wood and his ortho staff- (Excellent, great job from beginning to end). I WAS AWAKENED from (total hip replacement) This TIME TO LOUD LAUGHTER, LOUD CONVERSATIONS, AND CACKLING. The 2 nurses tending to me post Op were talking in my opinion way too loud... for someone "recovering." From there im headed to my room upstairs. On the way upstairs they park me by another nurses station. This place was louder then when I was sitting there with the two nurses; with a especially loud nurse letting her coworkers know about her home life that I wish didnt have to hear. At this point, I spoke up and asked "WHY IS EVERYONE SO LOUD?" No answer so I asked again. Fast forward, Now im in my room im okay now, i can start recovering right? WRONG. The nurse for this floor, (dont know her name) came in, hurriedly checked my vitals. Long story short, Her strictly business attitude and ice cold demeanor was not my cup of tea at all. For example, after a brief conversation with her and feeling her vibe, I flat out asked "Is anyone in this hospital NICE??" To this she replied " I am being nice. Im about to take out your catheter." Wow. So 2 HRS i feel pain to my genitals. Not from my hip that I just got surgery on, But from a catheter left in post OP from the two Post OP Cackling nurses(Hehehe). When she said this, I asked to speak to a supervisor. She said "she was a supervisor, head nurse, something. I said I need doctor running the floor, Someone running the hospital etc. Registered my complaint with Dr "C" says he's running hospital at this time. That's another story. Now with room to myself. My wife begins to help me use the Lil urinal cup so I can pee laying here in bed. Covers back, cup in place, start peeing. Right then We hear "Hey, HELLO, HOWS IT GOING""? This Nurse just opens the door DID NOT KNOCK OR WAIT... starts walking in...im saying WAIT WAIT DONT COME IN. The nurse head and face were already in. After she saw everything , I mean everything.. she was like. Oops..but "Don't go in there "He's Yelling" she said. At this point what can I say. And I'm supposed to stay here for 1 or 2 more days "recovering." God is Good. Surgery went well. I appreciate Dr Wood. But I can't do Methodist Hospital. Asking/requesting to be Discharged TOMMORROW. Next day after Surgery. Overnight nurse(Val)..she gets the assignment. 5 stars. Wish she was the only person I had to deal with here. Going to try to Heal up now. James W. Successful Total Right Hip Replacement. "Yay" gonna walk better now.
