It was bumped up against a copper wire and literally melting. He quickly repaired that, explaining as he went along. Paul was able to squeeze me in towards the end of the day due to a cancellation, so I can tell that he takes care of new customers just as well as existing. He was so communicative and honest with what he was doing, I actually learned a lot! After a couple hours he deemed that the wiring and circuit to the fridge was just fine and that the issue is probably the fridge itself (which is unfortunate, but at least he didn't have to tear my wall apart!).
