We have been consistently pleased with the quality of work and overall professionalism. This week, we finished up the kitchen lights project. While doing the kitchen lights, they realized that due to the old and rather complex wiring of our house, we had to solve for a couple unexpected issues. The most notable issue was that the new arc fault breaker kept tripping when we turned on a hallway light. His team diagnosed the issue and solved it quickly. The primary job took just part of one day, but identifying the unforseen issues and getting the parts stretched it out another couple days. However, the entire time Gavin was in communication with us. He emailed and called to provide updates and to schedule his team ASAP to come by.
