From there, David Griffis took the time to provide thorough information and answer all of our questions. He was consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Melissa did an excellent job coordinating and scheduling the installation team. One aspect of their communication that particularly stood out was the consistent updates provided through both text and email, including photographs of the technicians and notifications regarding their arrival times. This level of professionalism and customer service was truly impressive. Brian and his assistant arrived promptly, conducted themselves courteously, and completed the split unit installation efficiently and professionally. Joshua, the electrician, and his assistant then completed the electrical work seamlessly. We have hired Gavin's team for two jobs this year, the first to install fans in two bathrooms and…read morethe second to replace the flourescent lights in our kitchen with recessed lights. We have been consistently pleased with the quality of work and overall professionalism. This week, we finished up the kitchen lights project. While doing the kitchen lights, they realized that due to the old and rather complex wiring of our house, we had to solve for a couple unexpected issues. The most notable issue was that the new arc fault breaker kept tripping when we turned on a hallway light. His team diagnosed the issue and solved it quickly. The primary job took just part of one day, but identifying the unforseen issues and getting the parts stretched it out another couple days. However, the entire time Gavin was in communication with us. He emailed and called to provide updates and to schedule his team ASAP to come by. We were very impressed by the customer service and happy with how these projects turned out! We will call Gavin's Electric again for future projects.
