Mark Krause was our tech and he was by far the best tech we've had so far. His work ethic and approach to customer interaction was top notch and quite frankly exactly what most of the business world seems to have lost in terms of customer service. He did a thorough walkthrough with me before he started and discussed exactly what issues we've had in order to get an idea of our actual situation. He listened and then actually did what he said he was going to do. When we discussed my girls being scared of going into their own bathroom because of scorpions, he actually gave me advice on how to ease their concerns. Service is very dependent upon which tech you get. Most of our calls for service were answered with "we don't do that." You're a pest control company which can't handle scorpions? Snakes? Rodents? The breaking point for us was discovering that every single room has plaster damage, on irreparable Venetian plaster, from their techs who doused the baseboards and walls in copious quantities with chemicals that still smell over a year later. Our cat has medical issues from this, and half the furniture is covered in a sticky film of chemical that won't wash off no matter what. read more

Jerome is a very professional and courteous, polite person. He is always very respectful to me, my 3 dogs, and my property. He even told me about some spaces in my attic that were not completely sealed which was letting in pests. These guys have a dirty job that I would not want to do and I'm glad that they do it.
