    Unfortunately the least is one star. Ordered security…read morecameras and was told by Darren they would install right away since it was fall and wanted to install before it got too cold. Had an install date arranged which they didn't show up. I called after waiting over an hour, got voice mail and left a message. They didn't call back after 2 hours so I drove over. The receptionist was new and didn't know what was happening, she called Darren and he said an emergency came up in Whitby and would be there the next morning. Well, they didn't show up again or call. Finally after the 3rd time not showing up the installers came but almost 3 hours late. 2 guys showed up, only 1 guy spoke English but that wasn't a problem until the lead guy left after less than 2 hours, said he had a family emergency and he would either be back or someone else would come. He returned about 2 1/2 hours later. They installed 4 cameras, when the lead guy was doing the work inside he damaged the paint on the wall and left scrap material on the floor. When he was connecting the cameras to the monitor box he found one of the cameras wasn't for the system we purchased, that camera was disconnected and we were told they would be back the next day to install the correct camera. Over a week later and numerous phone calls we finally got the other camera installed. Darren told us the installer would show us how to use the system but the installer didn't know apparently and said Darren would show us. Again, repeatedly called Darren who never called back or made an appointment to come and didn't show up. We ended up going to the store again and spoke to Darren. He didn't even know how the system works. A another customer came in while we were there asking for his refund because he was double charged. The cameras were paid in full before installed due to payment required on installation and it was processed on the date of the supposed first date. 2 months later we get an invoice for the camera they had to replace and installation of the camera. We didn't make the mistake, Skyview did then tried to charge us for it. This is the shadiest company we have ever dealt with. Darren makes excuses, blames other people and has no idea what customer service is.

    I purchased a Whirlpool side by side refrigerator from Best Buy Whitby on Boxing day in December…read more2023 with protection plan. It's one year plan from manufacturer and 2 year plan from Best Buy. My fridge not working properly from last 9 months! It's not cooling properly and all my food, milk everything is going bad! I call Whirlpool every time it got repaired and the person comes and checks and he goes back to order the product and it takes 20 days to a 30 days for the product to arrive and till that time I have no fridge at home and I have to struggle to save my food! After the product arrives the person comes and installs the product and the fridge starts working and again stops working in another 25 days! This is repeating and so far It happened 3 times so far! and this 3rd time I have no fridge from last 2 months!!! Not sure whom to reach out! someone should help me! I wish Best Buy take the fridge back and refund my money! or replace with new fridge! This fridge is not repairable!

    Purchased an HP 27" All in One Computer Oct 14 from the Whitby store. Was told it would arrive in 2…read moreto 3 days. When it did not i went to the store. On line inventory says that they have 2 IN Stock. I asked for one of them since i had paid in full. They said NO I had to wait for the one that was ordered for me. I asked why mine did not arrive they could not give me a reason. I then asked just cancel the order and give me one of the ones in stock. Again the answer was NO. They said I had to wait until my order arrived at the store before I could cancel. Again I asked when will mine arrive?? They could not give me a date. The salesman should have told me come back Friday and buy one the ones that are comming in. Why one was not tagged for me could not be explained. This is an extremely stupid Best Buy corporate policy and one that should be easily over turned by a manager. I paid for a computer, I want a computer, you have 2 in stock, WHY CANT I HAVE ONE.
