After lying about everything that happened, this business is still selling my crystals and gemstones -- a collection worth well over $20,000. She knows this and is profiting from the years of hard work, time, and money I invested. She gave me $1,300 as a deposit until she could finish going through everything. There was never an agreement, contract, or discussion that she was keeping my entire collection. She simply decided on her own that everything now belonged to her. I have letters and emails showing the truth: one where she says my crystals had "no value" and that she was prepared to return them, and another -- written less than an hour later -- where she suddenly claims the matter was "closed" and that they were now hers, even signing off with "legal file" at the bottom. I will be posting these documents and pictures as proof. Anyone in this industry knows that 18 bins of crystals -- over 2,000 pieces -- could never be worth just $1,300. Yet she took it upon herself to keep everything, then listed the items for sale the very next day at much higher prices. On top of that, I received an email threatening that if I didn't take down my reviews and even lie to ABC7 On Your Side by saying the matter was resolved, she would sue me for defamation. But nothing has been resolved. I lost my collection of more than 10 years, and someone else is making money off it. The truth is not defamation. The real issue is simple: return my crystals or pay me their value. You have no claim, no contract, and no right to take my property. read more

We had an absolutely wonderful experience visiting this His & Hers Rocks Gallery with a group of elementary students after school. Mark and Debra went above and beyond to welcome our enthusiastic group, creating a warm and engaging environment where curiosity was encouraged and celebrated. They took time to teach the students about different types of rocks and gemstones, answered countless questions with patience and excitement, and truly leaned into the children's love of learning. What made the visit even more special was how thoughtfully they worked within the students' budget while helping them select rocks for our school's Gemstone Club. It meant so much to see a local business open their doors to a group of energetic kids and turn the visit into a meaningful educational experience. This is our favorite store downtown Los Altos. My heart is filled when I take my kids downtown and instead of begging to go to the "toy store" they beg to go to the "rock store"! It is so educational to take them there and they learn something new every time! Debra is so inviting and friendly. When we first went there almost 4 years ago, my son was just 3 and I was terrified when I saw all of the expensive items. I started to have a panic attack and was shocked when she comforted me and said, "Its okay, let them touch." with a calm voice and a smile on her face. I hesitantly relaxed a little. My kids have never broken anything after over 40 visits. :) They also always have a kid friendly area set up that my kids choose to spend their own money on and Debra always gives them a kid friendly discount which fills my heart each time. Sometimes they have a bracelet making section for kids. My kids now have a deep love for rocks and gems. They give them out with their Valentines that includes a card about the rock and it is a huge hit! Their classmates get so excited and walk around and ask each other which rock they got. We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful establishment so close to home and one that feels like home every time we visit. This past weekend my son (9) & I made a special trip from San Jose to visit His & Her Rocks Gallery.  I was blown away by Debra and Mark's generosity.  My mother passed away earlier in the week and the funeral home told us we could send personal items with my mother when she was cremated.  We had celebrated my parent's 50th wedding anniversary a couple years ago in Cabo and my son got a shark's tooth necklace while we were there.  He wanted to send a shark's tooth with his grandma when she was cremated.  Debra and Mark had my son pick out 2 shark teeth, one for my mom and one for him to keep.  They also asked us each to pick out a mangano calcite crystal and explained its healing properties.  They also gave my son a heart shaped mangano calcite crystal to send with his grandma.  They spent so much time with us, sharing their stories of loss and listening to ours.  Visiting His & Her Rocks Gallery was a very bright spot in an otherwise very dark week.  Debra and Mark are amongst the most compassionate people I have ever met.  They would not accept any payment.  I will be visiting and buying all my gifts for family in the future from His & Her Rocks Gallery.  This gallery is really one of a kind and I will never forget the kindness Mark and Debra showed me & my son. read more

Where do I begin?! I had dinner in downtown Los Altos this evening and was walking to my car and stumbled upon this store. It was truly meant to be... When I walked in, the energy I felt was incredibly strong I couldn't stop smiling. The two owners are the nicest people I've ever met. They are passionate about crystals, energy and love getting to know new people. The store has something for everyone-- crystals ranging from tiny tumbled stones to huge one of a kind specimens such as agate table tops to 100+ pound stones. These flourite and mookaite crystals spoke to me! I have never seen a mookaite with mustard yellow; I knew I had to have it. Debra one of the owners is incredibly knowledgeable too, it was awesome having a fellow crystal lover to talk to. More importantly, I didn't feel pressure to buy anything although I couldn't help myself! I can't wait to go back. Highly recommend. read more

I've been to this crystal shop a couple of times and the experience is always amazing. The store has a wide selection of crystals ranging from small tumbles to large display size pieces with a range of different prices. The owner, is always so friendly and welcoming. With both times I've been here, she has always been patient while I made my selection from the large amount of crystals they offer. Today, I left with one of my largest and favorite pieces to my collection. And the price was amazing for it! Will definitely have to come back again and find some more unique gems! read more

This is the most beautiful rock store I have ever been to. Deborah is the owner and she is absolutely amazing. Just the nicest person I have ever met with the best most positive attitude ever. Believe it or not this store is kid friendly ! Deborah loves kids and there is a little kids section on the side with beautiful crystals . she makes sure the kids have a wonderful time. I took 5 kids there and they made bracelets and got trinkets and hung out there for almost an hour . They had the best time honestly. If we all have the attitude Deborah has towards life this world would be such an amazing place to live in. This is the coolest rock stop I've ever come across! The owners Debra and Mark are the most kind and genuine people you'll ever meet! You can tell they truly have a passion that comes to life when you step inside their gallery They have HUGE Amethyst & Citrine gemstones on stands for sale, small little gemstone trinkets, amazing wooden sculptures of animals, authentic Navajo jackets, and petrified wood.. (etc). They even have a kids table inside and made everything kid friendly, my family LOVED it! I will definitely have to make this stop every time I'm in town because they are always upgrading and buying new amazing pieces that nobody has ever seen before! I love this crystal gallery! Debra and Mark, the owners, are kind, friendly, welcoming, honest, and very knowledgeable. Mark tells the most interesting stories about the large sculptures and crystal pieces while Debra is very fair in her pricing. The prices for the jewelry and small crystal prices are very good. There's something for everyone: from small pieces to big statement pieces. They just opened a new gallery on 216 Main St. with exquisite, large sculptures that would look great in a home or office. I was so excited to hear about His and Her Rocks Grand Opening! I have run into them at a few fairs that my family and I have been to and could not WAIT for their permanent place to open! My children were able to tag along and find some BEAUTIFUL necklaces and bracelets (already asking to go back for the shiny stone skulls lol) and I was able to get some amazing knowledge and history on some exotic stones and crystals that I was able to purchase for my home. The quality of the stones are AMAZING and I was even able to get a little housewarming gift in the form of a wooden table with beautiful wooden carvings. The owners Mark and Debra even gave me a protective crystal for my baby on the way So glad that His and Her Rocks is now open for business!
