When we first went there almost 4 years ago, my son was just 3 and I was terrified when I saw all of the expensive items. I started to have a panic attack and was shocked when she comforted me and said, "Its okay, let them touch." with a calm voice and a smile on her face. I hesitantly relaxed a little. My kids have never broken anything after over 40 visits. :) They also always have a kid friendly area set up that my kids choose to spend their own money on and Debra always gives them a kid friendly discount which fills my heart each time. Sometimes they have a bracelet making section for kids. My kids now have a deep love for rocks and gems. They give them out with their Valentines that includes a card about the rock and it is a huge hit! Their classmates get so excited and walk around and ask each other which rock they got. We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful establishment so close to home and one that feels like home every time we visit. My friends bought a necklace, a few crystals, and were looking at the teas they sell. They also offer aura portraits which I'm interested in trying in the future.

At that point it was obvious they were trying to resell the defective floor piece again as a new one. The whole experience was incredibly disappointing and felt dishonest. The one star goes only to the manager, who at least listened and apologized. But after this, I would not trust this store again with any purchase.

He looks at it and then says to me that it's only a B+ version of that kind of estate jewelry! Not only was he incredibly rude but he made me not want to spend my hard-earned money with someone with such an outrageous and arrogant attitude. However I will give five stars to the array of gorgeous jewelry that he has in his store. He has some stunning and very unusual pieces to sell and yes as another reviewer mentioned his prices are extremely high. But that is true of all jewelry stores that carry really nice pieces.

I have been wary of leaving valuables being appraised off site because in my mother's case, a family diamond was "swapped out" for a much lesser quality diamond less than half the value of the original. Nicole and the staff on Main St is great to work with, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The inventory is beautifully curated. I also learned that the owner Bhuvan takes sterling silver and gold either for appraisal or cash as melt down by weight. Next time you need a piece repaired, cleaned or a special gift (they also have beautiful estate pieces) stop by Gleim!

It was a nice surprise to find them. . The shop is small but is filled with a great mix of bead types including traditional glass beads, crystals , stones and more. I appreciate that I can get certain sizes and shapes of beads that I can't find at the other stores. I also loved being able to feel the beads and look at them in person vs online. Sam was there (maybe the owner) and he was super welcoming and helpful. I ended up with a string of jade beads and a string of coral colored beads plus some earring hooks. I'll be back for sure.
