ZERO stars for the lying and unprofessional hairdresser, Lilianna. She ought to be ashamed of herself. Read to the end because the 5 stars are definitely NOT for HER. I went to get highlights and a base break and usually she does it at the same time. When she rinsed the foils I asked her about it and she lied and said "Not at the same time" even though she did it simultaneously before. I reminded her she did it at the same time last time and she denied it. So three hours, $300 and a $50 tip she did not deserve later, I went home and noticed white Cruella Deville stripes in front and a big dark brown streak in the back. I went right back the next day to point it out and she said "No, it's fine" and "You are wrong", etc. What !? She literally refused to make it right! I have never seen such a lack of honesty and professionalism in my life. I left, pissed off, with bad looking hair. Later, the owner, Cassandra reached out after likely witnessing the exchange. She was kind enough to offer a re-do herself. In other words she offered to do Lilianna's job, not that I would EVER let Lilianna touch my hair again. She did the base and foils simultaneously and in half the time. She couldn't have been more detailed oriented, professional, and kind. Well the five stars are for Cassandra who had the know-how and the professionalism to fix Lilianna's botched job. I now have a great color job and will go back - To CASSANDRA. It is a shame that an owner had to clean up the mess made by an employee who took no accountability whatsoever for her poor work. I would HIGHLY recommend Cassandra. A GREAT job ! Inquired about "OLD SCHOOL ROLLER CURLER SET" Response was yes. Also my concerns about a REALLY GOOD Shampoo, SOAP & massaging it into hair. Wanting Set to LAST to next visit which would be EVERY WEEK , YEAR ROUND, I made a point that they knew , hoping they would do a good job to keep a weekly customer + color + perm when needed. Asked if they had a "HEAD DRYER" not just a hair blower, oh YES WE DO !. They reassured me the girl would be amazing , knows what she is doing. I had explained we have tried several shops all saying the same old song and always disappointed. The young lady arrived a bit late and looked like she just got out of bed, hair a mess. Not good and had not started yet. Well , SURPRISE ! they did not even have hot water or even warm water , COLD water for the so called shampoo. And no x use like Sorry the hot water heater is broken . I did not know about this till my aunt walked out of the salon and told me of her wonderful experience . The operator's hands barely touched the hair never mind the scalp. This appointment was for my 94yr old aunt. I waited in the car and went in to use the bathroom at one point. Walking thru the salon I could not believe my yes when I saw my aunt with a BAG on her head, those portable hair driers that were like a vacuum cleaner with a hose I could not believe what an unprofessional service was occurring. When I went in to have her take care of it, she only washed my hair and left it the way it was so I reached out to the owner and she removed the toner &20. I went back today to get full highlights and I was charged for full highlights plus additional for my long hair plus a toner that was removed from my hair because she fucked up my toner. Total. $238. Being new to the area, I was apprehensive about trying a new salon and a new stylist all at the same time, but I was so happy that I tried Izabel George, and I really liked Liliana Orozco (the stylist that I was placed with). Moved to the area just before a global pandemic. Thank goodness i had just gotten a hair cut the week before. I even had the fore sight to go a little shortly, since i figured it would take some time to find a suitable replacement for my beloved stylist in St Pete... Fast forward 8 months and I'm looking like Wicked Wanda... I need a haircut badly. Now adding to the search is - how safe is it going to be? A quick search led me Isabel George. Reading the bios of all the stylists I knew I could not go wrong here. I read about Sarah in a previous review and determined that she was the one. Score! I was so right. She did an amazing job on my hair (which admittedly I have gotten to the point where whatever it wants to do is fine by me, I'm not fighting that fight anymore) and she was able to accommodate that. My hair is naturally wavy with a bunch of weird cowlicks. So she cut it so that it would do what I needed it to do. Super happy with my cut and I will be headed back. I was hesitant to try someone new. My husband and I usually went to a salon in Fort Lauderdale but he works in Jupiter and needed a quick haircut because he had an emergency out of town trip. I looked up salons within his zip code and saw the reviews for here. I made an appointment for the hubby then started reading the reviews and looking at the prices. I like that this salon you can get just a cut and go significantly cheaper than having it styled since both of our vehicles have usually have the top down or off so I throw my hair anyway. (my old salon didn't have that option so I was paying for blow dry that I usually opted out of) Then I saw they had a special on their FB page and that was it I figured why not. Diana did a razor cut and partial foil with some low lights. I saved money and even like the color better than I did from the other lady !! I went ahead and booked my next appointment for my husband and I right then and there. Unfortunately I am keeping Diana to myself so not sure who my husband will get but from what I saw everyone there is amazing. Oh and the British accents from the owner Adele and another woman are such a pleasure. They dont know hair color told my technician i wanted medium brown hair color. came out dark brown. I bought a hair product that was horrible for my hair and owner would not return it said it was used?????? Go anywhere else in florida if you are not happy with a product you can return it. The owner didn't want to lose any money but guess what i am not going back so she lost more than the product in the long run. I was told hair color was $65 and they charged me $85 for putting color on the ends. I always have color on the ends and not $20 more; if you are going to charge more you need to inform the customer. I originally booked my appt for 4:30 because I had another appt at 2pm and wanted to ensure enough time. They moved my appt to 4pm and then to 3:30 pm, despite me telling them I was at another appt and did know if I could make it. As far as the salon itself, it is in need of a cleaning. As far as my haircut, it was cut two different lengths by almost an inch. I believe this is because the woman kept leaving me to answer phones while other stylists were just sitting. I will not go back, very disappointed.
