He thought that the restaurant itself was clean and nice enough. But then the fun part happened. He tried to tip 20% on his lunch bill, asking the waiter to round to the total from the $50 check to $60 total The waiter decided that meant adding a $60 TIP to the order and running the credit card at $110 for their lunch. Simple mistake, maybe. We apparently will never know, because Liebman's has never called back after two different attempts to speak with management to rectify the situation. We were told that there was no manager there twice, but assured that we would receive a call back shortly. Nothing, apparently. Is Liebman's an establishment that targets the elderly and figures that they can get away with it because sometimes people don't look at what they're signing. Who knows? Not me, because no-one from Liebman's decided that it was important to return multiple calls to figure that out. So, IF you go to this place, please check your bill and then check it again, because once you leave the restaurant, they seem to have no desire to explain why they charged you a 120% tip (or even attempt to keep you as a customer) Bonus fact: I waited three weeks to post this to give them every chance to do the right thing and have a manager reply.

I discovered they stay open late before the pandemic occurred which had me frequent there after late shifts. All of this was great though the prices are much higher then normal but its the area. The expired food items sometimes is the down side to frequenting this place. The rudeness of the business workers though! The disrespect the owner displayed was racist and belligerent. There is traditionally 15 min parking in front of the store but due to the Pandemic it is not being enforced. As a healthcare worker pulling long hours day in and day out during trying times the owner or worker decided to harass me twice after pulling a 20 hour shift and turn around time in less then 6 hours. He proceeded to tell me that he would complain to authorities if I continued to park in front of his store. He yelled at me being a brown person and how he is superior. He stays open much later and opens up early which is violating the shelter in policy but I don't care about that. He does not own the street and is not the only business on the street.I will NEVER patronize this place again.
