We called ahead of time they said 2 pm we got here early checked in payed it is now 2:10 and they have not said anything we got up asked 1time at 2:05 pm he said we had to wait still ridiculous so if you have plans to be somewhere at certain time be aware to know unexpected changes Then He didn't like my review so the man Takes it upon himself to text my number,remember I did call for appointment hour before He text to harass me And my little kid And threaten me & my kid to tell my kids coach At her school that I made a bad review weird man We had a logo on our clothes ... Space was clean and it was easy to get a cage last minute. Staff was friendly and helpful. Players did front toss to each other. The pitching machine for softballs was not very good. We came from out of town for a tournament. The batting cage was very clean and we got in right away on our scheduled appointment. All softball machines worked and had no issues. The only recommendation at this location would be to invest in more softballs because we had to share with the person next to us. read more

Similar to Bryan's review from below. Waited about 10 mins to be acknowledged and paid for an hour of batting. But he had us move from one cage after like 15 mins and then had another 15 mins in another cage. basically cheated us out of our time. he said he had reservations but they allow walk ins so idk. why did we pay an hour to only be allowed 30, and felt rushed? could be our fault for not having a reservation, but just how he wasn't at the desk and had a kid come up to us to ask what we needed, was weird.. read more

BEWARE!!! The owner is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Stay away from this place. He changes prices on a weekly basis and send unprofessional text messages to his customers. This place was never really welcoming. I'd rather travel further for a better experience. read more

I went here based on good reviews and was disappointed. There was no one at the desk and waited 10-15 mins until they came out the back to tell me it was appointment only. Apparently they don't take walk in which I didn't see any info on yelp or the website, so I went to APC SPORT right up the street waited 10 mins to get a cage with better customer service. read more

Jerry runs a very great batting cage. I have brought my high school team out here as well as my travel ball team and he has always welcomed us with open arms. He is great with the kids and is always available to give us advice. There are not very many facilities like this one in the area, so it is great to know that Jerry will take care of you and make your experience pleasurable. We love these batting cages! They also have pitching and hitting lessons for softball and baseball as well. We've been working with Coach Kristi for my daughter for softball pitching and she has made tremendous growth! Wasn't really satisfied with this place cages are too narrow I was always having to shorten my swing because I would always hit the side of the net, the machine that throws 80mph was not properly working I asked the man to turn it up more because it was throwing 60mph and he was unable to fix the inconsistency and moved me to smaller cage where I was only able to practice my bunt because I would never be able to give a fair swing becouse the machine would throw outside of the plate.
