Well thought out (LOTS of play space for kiddos & adults can participate as well). Staff is absolutely fantastic, it's clean & it truly allows the adults to enjoy the party while the kids create memories and chaos with their friends/family! The staff does a scavenger hunt for the kids in the smaller kids play area, they are the ones that help serve the food, announce cake cutting, cut the cake etc. They really take control and allow the hosts to interact w the guests. 1000% would recommend.

One of which was knocked over due to staff neglecting their own rule of "no kids under 3" I invite the staff to review their security footage and watch how often this man approached us. And how many kids above the age of 3 were swinging around and going flying. This man also accused me of yelling at him which I thought was a joke because I can't even yell. I thought he was being funny but no, he continuously looked for reasons to keep approaching us to the point where some of us just decided to leave. Overall I'm just sad and disappointed. They were very selective with who they decided to enforce rules to. Even if we were following them already. If this establishment apologizes for making us feel so marginalized I'd appreciate it, preferably without implying that we weren't following the rules. We were. Look at your footage.

I recommend going exactly when it opens or else you will not be able to find any seating. Kids did have fun. The place is a decent size with plenty of room. The issues with this place: Gets dirty pretty fast but understandable with the amount of kids. Bathrooms start off clean and end up a mess. Again, understandable. People that go here with their kids are a bit.... sketchy... to put it nicely. Some arguments but nothing major. Kids do get bully here by other kids, so I strongly urge you to keep an eye on them at all times. This will usually lead to fights among parents so luckily this did not happen on this day, but it does happen.

I did not know this and parked far by the mall because of it. Everything is super clean inside and I loved how it's a completely separate space upstairs. The staff was really friendly. The young lady who helped me had colored hair and glasses and she was just so helpful and kind. My little boy was very excited to play once we were in there. The best part is the water area. Kids love water and there's so much to do just in that area. If I'm being honest, everything else fell short. It was cute but not enough things for tots to interact with or be distracted with for more than a few minutes. I honestly don't think it's worth the price. $15 for kids and $16 for adult. I don't really get places like this that charge for adults too. I think it should be one or the other or atleast let it be cheaper. We're looking after our children. So Idk why I have to pay $16 for that. The other downside were the field trips. I checked online and they didn't have a field trip scheduled which is why I chose this date but I'm guessing that changed because it got filled so quickly! I'm glad I got there early and my kids were able to enjoy some time alone especially with how little they are. The field trip was for kids in elementary so they were a lot bigger. That kinda killed the mood. Especially since it feels like more of a place for tots. My little ones didn't know what to do since there were so many kids and they couldn't get into certain water sections. Especially when the big kids are all around the area for shortest height. So that's another reason why I think the price is not worth it. We're paying customers and our time there gets cut short because these field trips take over. Maybe there should be specific times just for that? We could barely walk through some areas. And I was trying to not have my little ones knocked down. Overall, I liked it but it could use improvement

I personally would not go for the normal $16 per person. That's a lot for a family of 2 or more kids!! However, anyone with SNAP/EBT/WIC can get four tickets for just $6 each. Now THAT is worth it! We truly enjoyed our time and I'd be happy to take the kids again in a few months at that low price.

Coming into the parking lot, I'd say be careful driving past the gate; the gate isn't secured properly to the cement on the floor, so it pops up, making it hazardous for your tires. The workers here are very chill, just like any other gym, though climbers are very chill in general. They're very helpful and friendly if you ever need them. They keep the gym very clean and the bathrooms well stocked. They are also always quick to notice you and provide support if needed. The routes here are a range of difficulties. The basic routes here feel slightly more difficult than other gyms, helping you build your core. They reset the walls on a weekly basis, which encourages you to come back. On the weekdays, it's ridiculously packed where people don't wait their turn in the walls. Lots of newcomers and people who come after work. If you like climbing freely, wait for weekends in the evenings!

The prices are fairly high for a gym membership, but they have great deals that occur during holidays and selective occasions which are an opportunity to bring a friend or group once in a while. Even with a reservation, it was quite busy the day we went, so there was still a check-in process to go through at the front. That said, everything was organized and moved along reasonably well considering the crowd. I've been to another K1 Speed location before, and this one definitely feels newer and cleaner. The facility is well-maintained, and the helmets were in good condition with no unpleasant odors -- something I really appreciated. The overall environment felt safe and modern. We brought a child with us and asked if it was possible to group them with other kids. The staff was very accommodating and explained the different kart ranges available for younger drivers. They made sure everything was age-appropriate while still keeping the experience fun. As for the track itself, it was exciting and well-designed. The karts were responsive, and the layout had enough turns and straightaways to keep things engaging without feeling overwhelming. Overall, a fun and energetic experience -- especially great for families -- and I'd definitely consider coming back again.

Imagine an experience so bad you finally download the yelp app…read more.. The food experience minus 1 star. Waiting 30 minutes for a pretzel and onion rings sucks, it especially sucks when the onion rings taste horrible and look just as bad. Its even worse that you ordered prior to a party arriving and yet they got at least two orders of wings and pizzas delivered before your food even hit the table. Install a notification system, minus 1 star. Waiting an hour and a half to ride is fine. Not being able to leave is the problem. Its 2026 and you can't have a push notification system for guest....maybe its better with a reservation but living over an hour away and with California's traffic its not something that can be guaranteed for some. It wouldn't be fair to not review the actual thing people come here for. The racing is fun and exciting. Course is done well. Plus 1 star.

I like that it's not too much busy here, usually under 8 kids, which is good. Im afraid of those playgrounds in the mall, way too crowded; not safe or fun at all.
