When a class is full, they put you on a waitlist and I've never not gotten promoted from the waitlist. They contact everyone who's signed up and ask them to cancel if they're not going to make it, so people on the waitlist can get in. Other than a couple-minute orientation the first time you attend, there is no individual attention in the Pilates classes. I went in with a decent fitness level and zero Pilates experience, but in hindsight it would've been good to look up some mat Pilates basics on Youtube before my first class. Everyone one staff is super nice. Attendees mostly keep to themselves. You probably won't make a new gym bestie. But for people who want no nonsense, it's great.

The prices are very affordable, the studio is very clean and just a no frills kind of place where you focus on basic equipment. This is amazing because it means it's very easy to replicate your own studio at home or when you travel. I have been feeling a lot stronger and my lower back pain is completely gone. I love the excercises and they are so inclusive, no matter your strength level. The real 6 stars for me is the flexibility to do classes remote or in person, live or pre recorded. This is a true game changer and is the sole reason I'm able to stay consistent with my 3x a week workout schedule. I will be a customer for a very long time!

The programming at Crossfit Ceadar Park is tremendous you can tell the week is thought out and isn't just thrown together. All of the gear is clean and not overly used. I was very intimidated by Cross-Fit but after listening to a friend I finally gave it a try and this outfit is great. Every trainer is knowledgeable on proper form and encouraging and patient with newcomers like me. The workouts are great .. and I'm convinced this is what I need to push me to the next level. I'm also amazed at the number of workouts times they offer and their locations .. not just Cedar Park but their new 2222 location is great too. Overall the culture there of trainers and members is going to keep me coming in.

It took a lot of discipline for both of us, there were many days when he felt like he just wanted to nap or a break. Some days his asthma triggered bad but there's no excuse unless if he ran a fever. Mr. inhaler became his best friend. Consistency became a habit, we got results...his speed improved from 1.8 seconds to 1.69 seconds, he's now pushing 320lbs of pure weight and I am so blessed we found Corespeed!! Trust the process

(although she has arrangements for drop ins if that's your style) 5) It's a manageable commitment for a busy person as it's only 1 hour a day and it only takes me 5 minutes to get there! 6)Enjoy her playlist which she changes quit often which makes me more happy to dance for a new number. 7) It's great company. The classes are max 7 or 8, sometimes smaller, and generally all women. Lots of moms. Great conversation every time. 8) There's an on-line scheduler so it's easy to to check on your class for the day. 9) Sonia is a great person! 10) Sonia is an awesome trainer! I've been twice, both times on a ClassPass credit, my friend who has a membership toggles between frequenting the Triangle and Domain location as we both work up north, and she loves it. I'm a bit more chill, laid back and these days doing workouts, wanting to challenge myself and dedicate time to putting myself first, trying boutique studios with mega reformers, which are daunting and offer friendly coaches and great playlists that hit. The first time I showed up here, was on a lunch workday session, where the instructor showed up 1 minute before class started? I didn't get an overview of understanding cues, format and studio sessions groundwork of how the classes should go, winged it and copied and tried to follow what my friend was doing. A lot of people standing around wondering what to do, which was such a strange vibe. It was rushed and ended later too since we're behind but I thought to try again once more. Today I had a session with coach Kendall and she brought the vibes and energy to cheer me along! I loved it, plus with this 7am Saturday class being extra gloomy and grey outside, she was so fun and offered a friendly newbie where to go, and frequent hands on correction, all the things you'd expect from a studio for the price point and smaller class size. I don't think this is the workout for me tho - the classes in the studio are extra loud, dark and the blue lights are dim like a club lol - which if you're into making the class a night out but for improving your fitness, this is it. For my mid 30's self in my mom suburban chill life, maybe not so much ha :) All around I still had a very challenging time, and appreciated that the 50 mins flew by!

I was able to observe her command a class of about 25 maybe 30 people. The way she encouraged everyone and kept the energy so high was something you almost never get to see. I was so amazed watching the class run and how quick the time flew by. After, I spoke with a few members and they all had the same upbeat energy. I could tell this place has a very tight group. If you are looking for a CrossFit location central even if you are a bit north Austin. I would definitely say check this place out. I can't speak on pricing for the gym, but I feel like that is something personal. We all have different levels of value. To me having someone who can encourage me and help me feel 100 percent confident in myself and abilities is worth more then just paying for a convenient location. I highly suggest checking them out if you are in the market for a new fitness family.

Most of all I was impressed by their professionalism and skill with guiding their clients through the weight training circuit. There is a very precise methodology and protocol that they are following. I liked it and found benefit to each of the components of it. It's clear that the program was very carefully and painstakingly thought out. Training for this job must be intense. The workout was extremely strenuous, especially when you have been there a while and built up some strength. Having sessions a half hour long is totally appropriate when you are working as hard as you do there and making your way thought the machines at a very efficient pace. Another thing I really appreciated about the trainers here is that they both clearly seemed to have a degree in exercise physiology. I have worked with several trainers before and the ones that actually studied this in college are far more effective. Being so attuned to athletic performance the trainers can tell when you are getting to your limit and can help to push you on. They're great at motivating so you can squeeze every last drop of strength out of your muscles. That said, they also are totally respectful if you need to take a breather, get water and let your heat rate come down a bit. As an out of shape person looking to build muscle for the sake of my health- I felt comfortable here and did not feel judged or that the trainers had any opinion of me being unfit. They were only kind, accepting and motivating. This has not been the case with other trainers I've worked with before and it is noteworthy. They get a gold star for professionalism. I would have liked to continue on but my financial situation changed and I needed to focus resources elsewhere. The cost for sessions is high but it is also worth it for the the amount of focus the trainers put into your work and the fact that it is 100% private.
