One of two Lifetime Gyms in the North Austin area, this location is closer to the Domain and the…read moremain feature is the lake where you can swim, canoe, and paddle board (there's also a running trail out there). The amenities are decent and they have a nice range of machines and weights, but there are no saunas or steam rooms to enjoy and decompress. Rumors say they might convert an area to have such services. The second floor is pretty dedicated to their studios and cardio as the main floor has machines, weights, and dumbbells. You can bring your work bag here and do some work before or after a session knowing they have a full cafe available with coffee and cold brew! I'm enjoying my time at this location since they have a four lane outdoor lap pool, but if you don't mind a drive check out the other location a bit more up 183 and see which location is best for you.

If you are looking at joining this location I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. For $221/month you are paying for AC that doesn't work (it was in the 80s inside recently). For 2 gender neutral single use bathrooms that I'm not convinced they are cleaning. To take a shower in a trailer in the back alley with no hot water and a smelly drain. For no towels to be put at said bathrooms. The only thing good about this gym is the front desk people are nice. I called to try to resolve the issue and the manager is candidly snippy at best. They also do NOT respond to their emails (I emailed on 8/4 - still haven't heard back). Being honest - you would be better off joining these places: Crunch - has sauna, brand new, $10/mo, 6 mins away YMCA - has pool/sauna/hottub/full gym/child care options, $75/mo, 10 mins away OR just a different location. The Lifetime on 620 makes this place look like an apartment gym

Sean Sinisi, the owner, and Personal Trainer, was nothing short of excellent. He took the time to listen to my specific goals and concerns, tailoring each session to ensure I was on the right path to achieving the outcomes I was expecting. His ability to provide personalized advice and adjustments made a significant difference in my training. Whether you are someone who is a professional athlete or just want to improve your ability in your sport, I would highly recommend this place as Sean has a wealth of knowledge and can prepare you for high level competition and help you meet whatever your goals may be. Plus, he will make you feel comfortable no matter where you are at in your fitness journey. Bonus is the fact that he is extremely knowledgeable in nutrition and overall wellness and walks the walk. His intake process surpassed that of any other trainer I have worked with and he picked up on weaknesses I never knew I had and then structured my workouts to correct those issues. The results have been amazing. I not only use Phil as my own personal trainer, I recommend him to my nutrition clients and they all rave about him too. Highly recommended!
