We stayed at site R15, and I personally think it is THE best site on the grounds. The only reason I took a star off is they give you one token per person per day, which is for a hot, 6-minute shower. I've never camped anywhere where they give you barely enough time to shower. At least make it a solid 10-minute shower. That was bananas. I was scared to be sudsy and my shower cut off or something. Other than that, LOVED this place! They have a small pool that we did not ever go in, but the Virgin River was fun! Bring a tube to blow up or go buy one at the hardware shop. If we ever go to Zion again, we will definitely stay here and try to get site R15.

Get the bus to the town of Springdale eat shop rent stuff. Cons: expect delays this is in the national park always a line to get in walking riding a bike or driving your car. If going to the Narrows busses start around 7 or 8 am. Bike pickup are early whenever you want them so pick up your bike early to get back into the park before the line starts. Campsites are big not all crunched up you have plenty of space between you and your neighbor. When it's a little windy no fires and hat so ever. Flushable toilets squirrels are aggressive here taking a nap outside and a got scratched by one.

Stephanie was very accommodating and gave good recommendations for the area. The location is close enough to explore various national parks, but Kanab also has a ton of outdoor activities to offer! The kitchen space was bigger than expected making communal cooking a breeze. The tents come with an indoor fireplace which kept the space warm throughout the night. In the communal area, there are binoculars, board games and a telescope you can use during your stay. Highly recommend this place for a group/family trip or a romantic get away. Overall an amazing glamping experience, will definitely be back!

Although I didn't actually stay in one of the rooms, I did however get the Cabin they had available. It was only a 1/4 mile down the road and the price was right. The cabin was a cute little place with two queen beds bathroom and kitchenette. It was clean and inviting, It's definitely a place I would visit again, in fact I'm planning on going back to Zion National Park soon and will definitely stay at Mt Carmel Motel.

We didn't arrive until late Christmas Eve and the lobby was shut down. (fine). We didn't know how to get into our room. After some phone calls were made, we were able to get in the room. As previously mentioned, this hotel/lodge is under new management and has been renovated /updated. Not all the rooms have been redone. The golden age of small bathrooms with no counter space has long since passed. Since we travel to SLC quite frequently, one night is perfect for the Parry Lodge.

Several famous movie stars stayed here back in the Westerns heydays. It has a fun retro vibe with a beautiful main building that houses the breakfast area as well as lovely sitting areas. It also has a lovely, well-maintained outdoor pool but I didn't end up taking advantage of it due to rain both evenings were we there. We stayed in the "Joey Bishop" cottage, which is actually connected to another suite next door. They gave us a free upgrade to a king suite because they accidentally canceled our reservation a few days before we were scheduled to arrive (still not sure what happened there). It definitely felt like a step back in time with historic design including a sitting porch outside and a roomy living room/bedroom as well as separate bathroom. It had a large "closet" area in the bathroom that was undoubtedly historic. There was also a fun window in the bathroom that hinged on the bottom but I don't think it opens anymore after many coats of paint. Also the living room floor sloped considerably but at least it had a smooth flooring over its entirety. Outlets were quite loose and of course did not have the modern cell phone connectors so good thing we brought our own converters from home. The included breakfast was delicious especially the sausage and the breakfast casserole. Very friendly and helpful waitstaff. Had an interesting barn in the back 40; my guess is for weddings and the like. Definitely fun to stay at, but be very, very careful walking around the property if you are elderly like us because we both tripped and almost face-planted a couple of times because of numerous up and down steps (some without railings) inside and out.

This hotel was the perfect stop for us to ride the Virgin River and see the Coral Pink Sand Dunes. The check in process was easy and complete prior to arrival. You can drive up to the front door of your cottage and use a code to get into clean new rooms. Furniture is new, clean, large TV in room and fire pit out side. Very nice! This is a MUST STOP if your an "off roader" and you want to explore this area The owners Shane and Kalie were so helpful and seemed like great people! Shane even gave some insight on the best trails around here. I strongly recommend this lodges and will be back.

Let's be honest, I am not looking for luxury when I come to this town as I will only be in the room to sleep. The rest of the time, I will be out hiking and exploring. This cute little motel provides just what I need including a bed, coffee maker, small refrigerator, a working bathroom and a heated pool which is great to jump in post hike. The motel is also super convenient and walking distance to restaurants, shops, coffee spots and the entrance to Zion National Park. Rates use to be extremely reasonable, but I have noticed like everything else they have raised their prices. Still their prices beat most other hotels in town. If you are a no frills kinda person, then you will enjoy a good stay here.

The man at the front desk never gets off his phone and if you need something (TV not working or the pool cover to come off) ​expect to wait and then see him half only understand what needs to be done and because he doesn't get off his phone it takes much longer than it would if there were two hands involved. Room comes with bfast at the restaraunt next door which is great but you need to get a new voucher every day- they won't give them all to you at once. Seems like there are better options aval.
