This is a picture of 3 of the 4 tent camping sites.

Terrible option for tent camping. No trees or shade, and when it's 90 degrees out shade is a necessity. The tent sites are very small with hard, sharp rocks which punctured our air mattress. There were no tables at any of the tent sites. And bc the tent sites are tiny, your tent is literally inches from the road which the large RVs are driving on.

Great spot for camping. Close to all the things to see and town. Very clean and friendly people. Enjoyed our stay. Booked another trip

Best place in Kanab. Big enough for big rigs with trailers. Unloaded our Can Am and drove down the street for dinner. Kaitlin and her family are very accommodating and attentive. Cute little dog park and amazing views. We will be back!

This place was perfect. The woman that runs the place was great, super nice and friendly. Place is very clean. Bathrooms are clean, water pressure is good. Dog park is great and clean too. Poop bags are out there as well. Highly recommend this RV park.

This park is clean, the staff was friendly and all of the amenities worked well. The driveways are paved, the showers are at no additional cost and the free WiFi worked well. We used a pull through space and it afforded plenty of room for our RV and utility trailer. The price was reasonable.

The park is quiet, spaces were level and clean with a picnic table. The foundation is white rock and the road in is circular and plenty wide for maneuvering. They have large pull through spaces as well as large back in spots. We stayed in space 15 at the end on the west side. We got shade in the morning until 11:00 am and then again in the afternoon around 5 or 6:00 pm. Beautiful view of mountains on 3 sides. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The camp host was always available and helpful and friendly. Didn't use the bathrooms or showers but host was cleaning them regularly. We were a little over an hour from Zion, Bryce, 30 minutes from the Dunes and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, fished at Jackson Flats Reservoir a couple of miles away. Walked to several restaurants and could have walked to downtown area if it had been cooler. All in all our stay was very pleasant. We have a 42' fifth wheel. Stayed 12 nights over the 4th of July weekend 2019.

The pull through were really sizable not a problem to get in and out of with plenty of room. Picnic table was metal and plastic topped and was sitting on cement which was great. It has a fence all the way around the property and it was located a little bit on the edge of town, which is nice. We like those kind of RV spots. The water was really good. It did have a lot of pressure (which the RV company makes mention of so that you're prepared and if you do not have a water pressure gauge, they have them but you would need to be to their office before four when they close) so we just used our water pressure attachment to the spicot and everything was fine. It's a very doable problem. I would rather have too much pressure than not enough. we were just passing through and we spent one night but it was very pleasant. It was quiet, but it was quite windy. That's for sure but I think there's a lot of wind that comes through that area anyway we would definitely stay here again.

We were also very pleased that without a reservation when we showed up after 9pm and no one was at the office, we just parked, went to sleep and easily paid the next morning. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were happy to have our pick of parking spot to maximize privacy, scenic view and proximity to bathhouse. All the guests of the resort were all quite low key, quiet and kept to themselves with a friendly wave though. I'd be very happy to stay here again if we were ever in the area. Highly recommend.

Note that there are only electric hook-ups available (no water hook-ups), so you'll need to prepare accordingly. When we visited, the campground wasn't crowded, and booking a spot was quite easy. This was my first time staying on-site of a National Park, and I fear it has spoiled me. No lines to enter the park, no excuses to dilly-dally, just straight to nature. Made reservations online, was able to switch to a different site that opened up very conveniently online if you are on the fence about sites. They have a refund/cancellation policy, but you'd have to check their website for details. Checked in around 11:45am, and lady at the booth asked if next I could wait until check-in of 12pm (ok??). When I walked by the booth later to ask questions, the booth was closed and it was self check-in. Maps available in the covered vestibule. Heated bathrooms were nice, restrooms themselves were decently clean. Stall trash cans for feminine products wasn't overflowing. Outdoor sink for pots/pans (bring your own detergent); someone had left a sponge, which was nice. Bought firewood + starter @ Walmart in prep, and made a nice fire one evening. I did shower at Zion Outfitters twice ($4 per 5 minutes), which is walking distance to the campground (~10 min depending what site). Same walking distance to Zion Canyon Brew Pub, and a ~30 min scenic walk to Springdale.
