No a/c- defogger-blower no air flow, also no front or rear working wipers and the power mirrors stopped working. AAA came to my residence and Mike ran diagnostic testing while working on my driveway floor. After removing trim panels and checking every fuse box,and switch inside and outside of the car, he found the problem and ordered the part. Once the part was received it was installed and everything was reassembled. While there he also changed my oil and filter. The repair cost was reasonable compared to the labor time it took to find and resolve the problem, remove all the needed trim panels and reassemble all the parts in a very professional manner. Alex took the time to explain the issue we had, and why in our situation a rebuild was actually better than a new one that would have same parts that failed this time. He explained the timeline of repair, and was spot on. He even called when he received the transmission to let us know and that they were starting install. Just a first class run shop.
