I waited at least 2 hours. After an hour of waiting, I was asked what I came In for after I already told them when I initially came in. They had one guy there that looked like he was retraining everyone there because someone made a mistake. I have no idea what that was about. Also don't expect corporate to compensate you on your grievances regarding poor service. They'll apologize but thats extent of it Which is disturbing given Mavis being a multibillion dollar corporation. Don't come here unless you enjoy punching yourself in the face.

After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me.
