Following a series of unprofessional messages, he demanded full payment upfront. We paid the requested $1,500, but he never placed the order. Instead, he stopped responding entirely and has ghosted us across all forms of communication. This business took our money and provided nothing in return. It is a clear scam. If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would.

Valley Spa coached us up on how best to sell the table. Listed on KSL and included the removal and re-install in the price. We found a buyer, made a deal and Valley Spa came to remove the table from our house and transported it to the buyers house. Re-installed plumb level and square. Our beloved table continues to make the new owners happy.

Howard came to look at the table and determined that these other guys who set up the pool table for me failed to put in the correct stabilizing hardware. (They used wooden pegs!) American Heritage was extremely slow to respond to Howard's request for a new end board. Thanks to his constant persistence, the end piece finally arrived, and Howard re-assembled the table. Howard put my Diamond Commercial 9' table back together perfectly. You might say that must have…read morebeen easy! Actually my table was moved by the "Other" major pool table mover. Give you a hint starts with a "Q". Anyway they completely destroyed my table, missing bolts, pockets half on, not level. Rail facings put on incorrectly. But Howard made my table better than new. Not cheap but it was a mess. Thanks Howard. If you are actually going to play on your table have Howard do it! If you don't want to play on it maybe nobody will look to close when they sit their drink on it.

The animations are pretty dated, but that's not very important. The pizza was very average and kind of small for four of us, so we decided to order mozzarella sticks, fries and chicken strips. But no! The fryer was broken, so the only option was another pizza, but luckily, Costa Vida was next door. The kids were disappointed, but we moved on to arcade games after we finished bowling. There are some fun arcade games, but several we wanted to play were out of order. Skee ball was fun, but the basketball game was also broken. Overall, everyone was helpful and service was great, plus the prices are reasonable. We would go back for bowling but would probably choose somewhere else for more food and arcade game options.

Nothing they recommended solved the issue. I called today asking for a technician to come out and fix it. Their response was for me to call someone else to fix the issue. Even though my tub is still fully under warranty, they refuse to come fix it. Please don't buy from them. There are plenty of other Sundance dealers to choose from in Utah.
