The decor is clean and the view is actually fantastic. For a shop on the bottom floor you get to watch trains pass by and stare at the wasatch range. Knowing the shop is in honor of his late mother, made the food even better. We were able to try 3 different waffles. As you can see in the pics, we loved them!! Can't wait to return to try the pecan waffles, soup, and grilled cheese. They also serve some kind of non-coffee frozen drink that looked really refreshing!
