Given his experience & knowledge in the industry & being Israeli himself. I appreciate that there are ethical businesses in our community, no matter the race, or ethnicity, they prioritize honesty & integrity.  Thank You Raz Razla for giving me your statement on your perspective on the hard money loan that was secured following a horrible house fire that was used to pay the perpetrator who abandoned the construction project after I caught him defrauding me & refusing to delete photos of my 15 yr. old child taken without consent in the privacy of his bedroom as he sleeps with the door closed & no construction happening in that bedroom during that period not just once but multiple times on different periods. Mr. Razla confirmed they no longer work with this perpetrator or his other companies.  In hindsight, had I been aware they had a record, found court records & reviews of them possibly scamming elderly folks. Besides checking with the Contractors State License Board, I recommend checking the Better Business Bureau & reviewing any available criminal background information, CSLB only goes back a certain number of years before they issue a license. The main contractor (Sastiel) only obtained the contract after our house was in a horrific fire with his fraudulent misrepresentation on relying on him covering the interest fees monthly on our behalf until our refinance loan gets approved, reimbursing him back for the total amount, adding 760 sq. ft. on top of the fire damages to raise the maximum value of the house by adding the maximum sq. ft. allowed by the city of LA DBS, following regulations complying to the contract & to provide & replace new wood framing damage from fire. They fraudulently misrepresented the contract to defraud me since day one, never had any intention of performing the agreements or finishing the project as he induced me to sign with him to do the project with him suppressing the facts that if I was aware of them never would have done the project or would he have procured the contract, deceived me in relying on him on covering the interest fees monthly on our behalf until our refinance loan gets approved, reimbursing him back for the total amount, instead he wrongfully diverts funds to himself to a use other than that for which the funds were received to defraud & financially damage me as the project is not finished unable to get the Certificate of Occupancy by passing the final inspection as the perpetrator abandoned the project to financially damage me, hindering my ability to finish the project & to pay back the Predatory Hard Money Loan as HML was going to refinance me after the project was finished. Still, after having an abundance of funds the perpetrator significantly altered the basis of the contract by altering the material by encapsulating the wood framing damaged from fire, repairing it instead of providing & replacing new wood framing damaged from fire & the wood framing is still damaged, shorting the material to add the maximum sq. ft. allowed by the city of LA DBS on top of the fire damages to raise the maximum value of the home, deceiving me that our home was habitable, & relying on his compliance with state law regulations or the contract agreements, instead, he cut corners endangering our health & willfully exposing me & my family when I paid 300k in advance per his deceitful request, again if aware he would have never procured the contract as I relied on his fraudulent misrepresentations & financial damage not being able to finish the project as he wrongfully diverted funds to himself other than that for which the funds were received.
