The team made sure we got the best deal possible securing us a sub 3% loan on a 15-year note helping us stay at the right mortgage amount versus down payment to not increase our mortgage rate. I was a first-time home buyer, relocating from another state, and knew very little about the home-buying process. I originally called Bank of Texas to help me with my loan, but was not getting timely responses, and the loan officer did not seem to have an interest in informing me the differences between all the different loan types.
