Upon arrival we did not find the salesman that had helped us in the past. We were not approached and offered assistance by anyone. The only salesman there was not very informative and did not want to let us look around. He quizzed me about my job and financial business. I finally got him to give me a key to look at a home. He wouldn't even show it to us. We had to go find it. The homes appeared to be made very cheaply. The yard was not set up in an way that was easy to navigate. The home we we're looking at had damage to it which was a shock because it was new. The prices were way too high for the cheap homes. We have found way better quality homes for less elsewhere. The salesman explained the damage was from the homes being moved. He stated that the management did not want to spend money to fix the damages. We have found that Clayton homes and big j homes are way better.

I explained that the home I am buying with cash will be for my father. I explained I live in Califonia but the home would need to be delivered to a park in Grand Junction Colorado . I told her I realize that is out of their normal delivery range so if they can get it to a property in Farming New Mexico I will hire a company to transport it the rest of the way and set it up in Grand junction . She asked if she could call me back . I said yes . She called me back and said she is pretty sure they can use a company to take it all the way to Grand Junction for me. I. Told her that would be awesome . She verified that I was serious and was paying cash . I assured her . She asked my time frame I said asap . She said she will call me back . She called back and asked for the address grand junction. I gave it to her . She said she would call me back . One week later a Fernando called me and left a message asking if I'm interested in buying a home from them , next day same message . I called twice no answer and no room to leave a message . Fenando calls and said I have 2 missed calls how can I help you I explained I already had things going with a super nice lady and I would like to see if we can figure out who it was so I can continue with her . He abruptly said I can help you and get you a price what state are you calling from !? I said well I don't think the state I'm calling from is relevant.. he abruptly loudly spoke over me spewing gibberish about prices and sales tax... he would not let me speak at all . It was our first time buying a home and they cheated their entire way through, knowing we were new to this. After weeks of fighting them on never telling us about the electrical wiring & plumbing set up, (later finding out they can add it to the loan and NEVER offering it) we walked into what we thought was going to be our brand new home to TRASH left on our floors, mud everywhere, broken trimming, RIPPED flooring, and NO skirting once we finally got an ETA on the skirting from the contractor coming out there was little communication as to the trash and broken everything. I had to clean all the mud and trash after traveling 8+ hours with our belongings which I should have NEVER had to do. When you purchase a brand new home, you move right in not clean up someone else's trash and mud trackings. When I tried to call once arriving some lady answered telling me she doesn't "give a sh*t" and to talk to someone who care... like really? The manager Alfredo is absolutely USELESS, along with Dorris who first time speaking to her ALSO yelled, and was very disrespectful, calls a few times and never calls back with any info on when your RIPPED flooring will be fixed. Attempted to call higher up, of course never got a return call. This place is the absolute worst, and I would STRONGLY discourage ANYONE from coming here. Please do yourself a favor and find another company to go to. I wouldn't ever wish the experience we had on anyone. This store and its employees are awful.
