I have a complicated prescription since I had mono-vision lasik surgery 10 years ago and wanted progressive bifocals. The store was busy and only two ladies answering the phone and helping customers. I had to wait a little bit but picked out frames in the meantime. The customers were being helped in a timely manner. When they were ready for me the gal was very knowledgeable about the lenses I was going to get and knew I didn't have insurance. She was very patient answering my questions and extremely helpful. I was expecting to have a much harder time as I have in the past and she just blew me away with a nice experience ordering and then picking up my glasses. I will recommend going here to anyone.
