My one complaint would be that we were such a large group (we had 2 groups back to back) and I was in the 2nd group- you could tell the staff got tired (very understandable since they had to make 20+ pumpkins) and they didn't do a great job explaining the process ahead of time. On the upside, they were great about talking you through it in the moment. It was pretty dummy proof since the staff did most of the process for you, I don't think I can say I actually did "glass blowing" which I think is fine.
