I love going to Hobby Lobby on S. Westnedge. They have the best selections and priced. I was looking for silk flowers for my new archway. i found exactly what i wanted and i couldn't beat the price. I went back a few days later and the cashier remembered me and what colors of the flowers I bought. She was so sweet and friendly. She wants to see a picture of how it looks. I will keep going there. Used to love this store. But, the store manager? She is the worst. I won't step foot in that store again. I've never met a more condescending, rude woman in my life. Thanks lady. My dad died a month ago today, we are scrambling for memorial lanterns that were supposed to be here already and haven't made it yet. We needed a quick replacement or alternative. I had a good shop in this massive Hobby Lobby which is very similar to other HL's I have patronized. All the things you need for crafting and home decor including cute signs with random messages (some Biblical, some not), pictures and picture frames, scrapbooking and more. HL is the only art supply store that seems to carry the paint brushes that my wife likes. Once I found that aisle (this is a big store!), they were in stock. I bought the three of them that they had. The cashier was extremely helpful and friendly when we had a question. However, when she had to ask the manager for further information she immediately asked us "what" in a very rude tone and proceeded to be extremely unhelpful and made us want to purchase nothing. read more

Went in had a pretty big order, placed my item on the counter got all rung up and my card wouldn't scan. The MANAGER refused me service because she would type my card in not could I read it to her ! She was unwilling to help in anyway and you can guarantee I will NOT be returning ! Also this was after waiting 46 minutes to be checked out ! Can't believe a business would turn down a sale ! if your uncomfortable servicing the public at this time then find something where you don't interact with people !!!! read more

Bad customer service. Employees were impolite and did not give good customer service. I had a baby stroller and wanted to get through the aisle but an employees cart was in my way. I said excuse me but the employee did nothing and I had to move the cart over to get through aisle. The employee never responded or cared about me as the customer. Not mommy friendly or baby friendly, in my opinion. read more
