Went here to grab supplies for a project and asked an employee where something was located. She was unboxing merchandise and didn't bother to even make eye contact with me. For the record, I was polite and respectful in asking, I too worked in retail and know how hectic it is. She basically was no help and dismissive. Customer service is much more important than stocking, btw she was the only person in that department. I ended up leaving and finding everything on Amazon for a better price. read more

I had a certificate framed at this location. At first I had my doubts because the person in the framing department wasn't very experienced or knowledgeable. A chat with the manager changed that. The frame, glass and matting were ordered and I was allowed to keep the item to be framed with me. I went back yesterday to have everything assembled and the final product was beautiful. I seriously love this store. This is my first time at this location they have just about everything. I could spend hours and hours here. I have to take my husband with me because I could overspend here and get lost. My husband is a big fan of this store too but not as much as me. They have so many things I want and have to buy! I love redecorating my house from time to time. Especially with the different holidays throughout the year. I like to go with the theme of the holidays. I've found a lot of craft stuff as well. My daughter usually has projects she has to do for her class and majority of the time we can find everything we need for her. If you go to their website, you can always find at least a 40% off coupon for one single item that's regular price. So really, their products aren't expensive especially if you use a coupon. Staff are ok in customer service. They aren't that friendly and aren't that helpful. They are just there to stock shelves and check you out when you are ready to check out. I find that the way the staff acts at this location acts the same at the other location I've visited. It's really disappointing for me. read more

On 08/26/20 I came here with my 6 year old niece as her mother's birthday is on Saturday and she wanted to get her mom a rainbow birthday gift. I absolutely LOVE Hobby Lobby as they have so much stuff here it's impossible to leave empty handed. The niece loved the store and enjoyed walking around and looking at all the festive items like Fall, Halloween and Christmas items along with ALL the princess unicorn rainbow items too! She so wanted to check out the toy section as she knew there were toys there. But we ended up looking for a cute bag and card. The cards were too expensive so we went to dollar tree instead. However the niece did pick out her moms gift at Hobby Lobby and I know her mom will love it. The store was very clean and organized. The location is right off the 99 as they are expanding he plaza. Staff was wearing face mask and very friendly! You will walk out with something so if you are a impulsive buyer this store is for you! Overall I will be back to check out all the giraffe items! read more

Really fantastic! There is so much to look at and they have a lot of stations set up great! They are bringing in Valentine's Day stuff too! Enjoyed checking everything out! A lot to get! Really liked the different motivational pictures! I ended up getting a glittery heart to start the decorating because Valentine's Day will be here before we know it. There's lots of sales too! Clean and safe! Workers are masked and masks are required. I went to check out and the worker was nice. Good service and store! Recommended! read more

I went to Hobby lobby tonight and it was pretty busy. I was looking for one small specific item and asked a girl name Adriana in the fabric area where I could find a specific kind of string. Her first words were, I could help you. And she proceeded to walk me across the other side of the store right to the item I wanted. And another one I needed. And I could not have been more amazed at the simple customer service she provided the price was great way less than the Christmas price of the same item I am a professional Santa on the evenings and weekends she took the time cheerfully to meet my need when I told Nicole the manager, she said that that's what we're trying to do well Adriana reflects you well read more

When a friend told me she was going to check out the new Hobby Lobby today, I thought she was headed to Clovis. She said there's a new HL at The Marketplace by Herndon and 99. So when I got off work today, off I went! Wow, a brand new, big, beautiful store! Set up like all the other HL's I've ever been to, so it was easy to make my way around the store. What a difference at checkout time. Instead of lots of people in line with few check stands, it was a few people in line and many check stands open! Hobby Lobby, I love you. read more

I love, love, love this store. For years I never went to a Hobby lobby because the name was misleading. The first time I visited a hobby lobby I fell in love. They have such a great variety of items and the prices can't be beat. This location is new, the store is spotless, everything is in its place, The price tags and sale signs are easy to read and the associates are super nice and friendly. Even though everyone was wearing a mask and keeping The correct suggested social distance you can see the smile in their eyes and hear the helpfulness in their voices. read more

My 11 year old daughter and I stopped by tonight, about 20 mins to closing, to grab a last min birthday gift. My daughter needed to use the restroom. I asked an employee (braids on both sides of head, lots of makeup and a nose ring) if we could get the code to the restroom. If looks could kill!... she turned around with the most disgusted look on her face and came back to open the door. I said thank you, but of course no response. To this employee tonight, I get being tired and just not liking people in general, but when an 11 yr old gets your vibe.. pretty sad. I had to refrain from making any comments to you myself! You would have gotten an earful on any other occasion, trust me. I am sorry you had to turn around for 2.5 seconds of your shift. read more

I bought a couple beautiful prints a year ago and they've just been sitting packaged up because I had no idea where to start. I heard HL does frames so thought I'd try it out. As I stood helplessly viewing matting and frames, the associate, Maria, began helping me piece things together. She was so patient and helpful with finding coordinating mats and frames that highlighted my prints. Truly exceptional service! I was genuinely impressed! read more

The manager is rude and has a flat affect when approached. She also approaches you rudely and doesn't state who she is which should be necessary since she doesn't wear a uniform. The cashiers are nice. read more

This store is incredible! And sometimes a tad overwhelming, but in the best way. There are always sales going on, which encourages me to buy more goodies for my house. I have also just picked up a crafting hobby, and they have all sorts of fun things for me to play with there. The staff is always so friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend! read more
