The associates are always friendly and readily available at the registers, but given the size of the store, it can take a little extra time to find someone for help. That said, At Home is absolutely my go-to starting point for any decorating project. Whether you're updating a room, searching for seasonal accents, or completely transforming a space, the selection is unmatched. During the holidays especially, their displays are stunning, and they carry some of the most gorgeous, unique, and hard-to-find décor pieces I've seen. See the photos, the top 3 line tiles are white, all the rest tiles are yellow! I went to the store where I purchased the tiles, and the manager said he could not do anything. I lost $1500 labor to redo the entire left-side wall, including removing the installed tiles, replacing the hardy barker board & red guard, and installing the tiles again. I also lost 8 pieces of the tiles (materials), $90.76 total. I would like Floor & Decor to contact me back for this loss, since it is completely their fault for giving me different color tiles!

That being said, the prices were very reasonable and the girl helping us was super nice. I also appreciate the instructions located at the front that they provided regarding how to take care of the cowhide. It is very minimal-- it doesn't take a lot to take care and maintain your cowhide rugs and they look great.
