I purchased a lot of tiles on 7/2/2025, including 32 pieces of POR 12x24 EMILIA POL SKU 101156222; The total of the order is $2934.47 The Floor and decor should give me the exact same tiles of POR 12x24 EMILIA POL But when we install, the tiles have 2 different colors - white and yellow backgrounds. See the photos, the top 3 line tiles are white, all the rest tiles are yellow! I went to the store where I purchased the tiles, and the manager said he could not do anything. I lost $1500 labor to redo the entire left-side wall, including removing the installed tiles, replacing the hardy barker board & red guard, and installing the tiles again. I also lost 8 pieces of the tiles (materials), $90.76 total. I would like Floor & Decor to contact me back for this loss, since it is completely their fault for giving me different color tiles! read more

I went into the North Richland Hills F&D location after visiting 4 other tile shops. I had just come from a terrible customer experience at Daltile Marazzi Sales Service Center in north Fort Worth. I had an idea of what I wanted--green glass tile accent and a white porcelain tile, but I wanted to compare prices and designs to what I had seen at other tile stores. I immediately came across Marie King, who was sitting a desk in the design area. She said her morning appointment had just canceled and she was free to help me. Ms. King offered to assist me in choosing tiles and putting colors together. She spent around 90 minutes assisting me, and I have decided, because of her, that this is the place I will do business. Be aware of the poor customer service from Floor & Decor in North Richland Hills, Texas. And if you are over 62 years old, they will talk down to you and try to make you feel you are not smart enough to understand why you have no options but to accept the full refund for the tile. They will not make it right. And the snickering on their faces gets any person defensive. My tile that I ordered was wrong and the store does not check that the order form reconciles to the products on the pallet that is wrapped in plastic, so quality control is nonexistent despite telling me there is one in place. I did not check the accuracy of the tile order until I returned the remaining tiles, so that is on me. I made the wrong ASSumption, that ordering from a professional store would minimize any errors. The manager and assistant manager will tell you its the customers responsibility that you catch their mistakes. Their policy states "Thoroughly inspect and measure all products before installation as use will constitute acceptance". It's the customers responsibility in catching their mistakes. While they refunded the difference in the tiles, they will not do anything more. So, in other words, you install the wrong tile, its your expense in demolishing the work and installing the right one. I have ordered before from Floor & Decor, and I guess its changed for the worse for customer service, especially if you are elderly. read more

I found the tile for my shower flooring and needed 4 boxes. Then, when I found the shower wall tiles it appeared we were short. Andrew came over and asked if we needed any help. I explained my dilemma and he said "give me a minute let me see what I can find." Moments later here comes Andrew with one of those big carts with the 12 boxes of tile I needed and also loaded the floor tiles. He reminded me "what about your grout selection?" He knew 25 pound sack would do and loaded it up. He met us at the register to check out. Without asking, he took cart to our suv and loaded us up. But F&D needs to fix their online ordering process! This should never have happened. This is a review of the F&D web site and trying to place an online order. Our limited experience with the North Richland Hills Store has been good. Be very careful when placing your order. At every step through the process the web site changed my selection for the store where we wanted to pick up our stone. I changed it to the correct store every time but the last time when I confirmed the order because I assumed the location was correct after updating it three times earlier. Well it defaulted back to the Dallas location for unknown reasons. No idea why it kept selecting Dallas. That's 50 miles away. Now we're in limbo trying to fix this! read more

They claim to vet their contract installers and verify their insurance. Our contractor never came onsite. He sub constructed it out. We had numerous problems that were ignored. This is an update for the review that has been deleted by floor and decor The worst customer service I have ever encountered. On June 29th, my husband and I went to pick up some tiles that we have paid and ordered. On our way out, one of the workers comes towards us with the most aggressive attitude. Her name is Amber. Amber asked to see our receipt then goes into saying we have already picked up our tiles. Well, obviously not, we are now. She then starts accusing us of stealing! She claims "people like us always steal"! Wow, what? She follows us to the parking lot outside angrily and pushes me with her chest. At that moment, we have had enough. She starts threatening us with the police and says we are lucky she is " on the clock". We are completely shocked. To make matter worse, we have her on camera and Daniel the store manager decided to do... NOTHING. The amount of audacity, racism, and harassment we have dealt with is this store is beyond imaginable. The store management obviously doesn't care about who they hire and how to deal with these situations. For a chain store as this, they don't realize what it means for their reputation to be damaged. Amber should have been dealt with properly and the management should give a damn about it's paying customer. If you don't want to be attached with absolutely hatred and unprofessionalism -- don't give this store a dollar of your money! To answer the store support team 1 NO WE DID NOT USE ANY EXPLICIT LANGUAGE. Its clear in the video who used that language (the store associate) not us. So for you guys to have the audacity to tell me we cussed at her is unbelievable... 2 the receipt was indeed thrown in her face after coming yelling at us and accusing us of steeling and storming into our truck. read more

The customer service at this location is virtually non present. Once you actually get an associate to talk to you, you might get the help you need but it's an act of Congress trying to find one to help you. They all seem busy in their own little world, like they're above the lowly customers spending money in the store. When you try to speak to a supervisor or manager, there's always a magical reason why they aren't available. Customer service is the very least of priorities at this location. It's sad because they are usually decently stock with good products...so they've been given the platform and resources to make a positive experience for their customers and yet, it seems of no importance to anyone there. Oh yeah... if you expect to receive any kind of assistance by calling this location, you're better off spending the 20 or so minutes it will take for someone to actually attempt help you, doing something else. I spent 500 dollars on marble decorative tile. My contractor saw it and said it is no good as the top is mother of pearl film attached to plastic and glued onto tiles. No sooner did he say that when one of them slid right off the top of one of them. The name is Viviano marmo marble tile on a backer. The CS person says that she would never use this on a floor because apparently not meant to be stepped on? However if you look throughout the store you see plenty of examples where this type of tile is used in their examples. They should not sell this extremely defective tile at 24.99 per tile!!! Floor and a Decor person was just indignant about it. Oh well. I returned the tile. read more

Updating my review to one star. Started with attitude from Amber followed by amazing service by Amanda! And then... No status on my order. Called 10 times before getting someone, promised to call me back with status. Didn't. Called again, got someone, confirmed my order was in. Got there, I was told it wasn't all there. Then suddenly it was. Then it wasn't again. Warehouse guys had no idea what they were doing and shrugged it off. Asked for a manager (Cody?) who said it looks like another representative sold it all to a bigger customer. Cody arranged for me to pick it up in Arlington, and a $100 credit. The rep processing it took forever, and said ..."and here's your $87 credit." Insisted on $100, took another round of forever. TLDR- Amanda is great, they don't answer the phone, warehouse guys have no idea what's up, they'll sell your order if it makes them a buck, they aren't consistent, and all around service is horrible and frustrating. read more

Without a second of hesitation, I would highly recommend the Floor & Decor in North Richland Hills across 820 from the new Babe's Chicken. I can honestly say that I had a customer service experience with this store that I have never had before. My wife and I had hardwood floors installed throughout our entire first floor of our home. The solid wood that we ordered had planks 8 inches wide, 115 inches long and 3/4 of an inch thick. These were packaged in boxes of 15 and each box weighed about 90 pounds. After we decided on this product and ordered it my wife became concerned about the specifics of the delivery. Our paperwork said they would only deliver it to our door. We wanted the wood in our house so that we could open the boxes and let the wood acclimate. In response to my wife's call managers Dallas Walker and Tim Herron from the NRH store pulled up in Tim's car to meet the delivery truck. The single delivery driver with his forklift put the pallets of wood on our driveway. Dallas and Tim (because it took 2 to carry one of these boxes) over the next 90 minutes brought each of the 68 boxes from our driveway into our house (about a 30 yard trip I was estimate). I am telling you this was some very hard work put in by Mr. Walker and Mr. Herron all to keep my wife happy with our purchase from Floor & Decor. I was so taken back by them showing up and doing this for us. I offered them money but they refused so I figured the least I could do is write a review. Give Floor & Decor a shot if you are looking to redo your floors. Please ask for Dallas or Tim. You will not regret it. read more

I was looking for granite or quartz for kitchen countertops that would match the backsplash I was getting from there. I found what I wanted. I told my contractor about it and he said I needed to find out if they had at least 2 slabs. I went by and asked and was told the people we would need to talk to were not there. I left my number and no one got back to me for 4 days. When they called back, unfortunately, I was unable to get to the phone. Tried to call back the next few days and the phone rang and rang and rang. Called Denton store, they answered right away, they were helpful but said I would have to talk to NRH store. Finally , after calling that store many times for many days I did get someone on the line and was told they dis not have enough. I had to look elsewhere. It took over a week at calling this store many many times at different times of the day. Totally ridiculous. Get someone to answer your phone like maybe one of the 5 women that I saw just chit chatting in the front! read more

I have to give an updated review. I had a flooring disaster, and needed the floors replaced. Sadly, the order was screwed up... Not by the store but by the third-party delivery company. Stephanie in receiving found my order and took care of me on a Sunday. I went to the store to make sure they had my product and it was sitting there on two pallets. My delivery was set up for the next day, and had assurance that it would be delivered to my house. About 3 o'clock in the afternoon... Stephanie remembered to call me and long story short, the third-party company did not pick up my order. She knew it was imperative.... I needed the flooring TODAY. She told me the store manager was going to rent a truck himself from Home Depot, load up the pallets and drive out to my house. Not only did Billy and Richard show up at my house with two pallets... These gentlemen helped me unload all two pallets and bring them into my house. This was on a day that was about 96° and 108° heat index. This was above and beyond exceptional customer service, I have had interactions before with Richard and he has always been pleasant and has given me great customer service... To see him show up at my house was amazing these guys were absolute Lifesavers and I cannot praise them enough or give them enough credit for everything they did. They could have just ignored me, and said that was the delivery company's fault but Stephanie was very attentive and made sure it got delivered. Again, I cannot overstate that this is beyond excellent customer service. I will skip all of the other stores in the future and go directly to floor and decor for all of my tile and flooring needs.
