I waited...and never got a picture. I then called them back and talked to a nice gal and told them I rather the flowers not be delivered if they looked anything like the first picture. The nice lady said they would have redone a new arrangement if I wasn't happy, but I was never given that option on the first phone call I made, even though I told her the arrangement looked embarrassing. I was told that the arrangement was already out for delivery. Ugh! What my friend received looked pathetic. Not happy at all with this purchase. It's a lot of white flowers with brown tips. This is NOT a pretty arrangement at all. I'm sorry I spent $100 on this transaction. It's a bummer to spend half the day worrying, texting and calling.
