What a complete surprise this place is it's been quite a while since I've been in the store probably five years and it's amazing how much it reminds me of a store that starts with the letter K. It's very clean. It's very well organized. The staff is super friendly. I love how they have an electronics department how everything seems to be divided up. Everything was easy to find that I was looking for and the prices were pretty good. The drawback is their clothing department. I guess they feel that everybody wears plaid even in the women's department it was plaid. They do have some adorable Christmas decorations though you need to check it out. read more

I was at Port Orchard store this morning and needed to do a return on item i didnt need the associate the helped me acted like annoyed that she had to deal with me.She filled out a return form I needed to sign I signed in wrong spot and she snapped right here sir even more annoyed then finished by giving me my money back I said thank you I appreciate that, no response I said thank you two more times, no response turned her back on me. I have been in retail industry for 50 yrs management most of those years not who i would want handling my customer service booth. I shop here 2 to 3 times a month love this store maybe put someone else there with better attitude. read more

Nice store, friendly staff, but company needs to stop selling the known cancer causing Round Up and cease participation in the poisoning of the local community. Please spread the word to all the employees and customers who frequent this store. Highly irresponsible in this day and age to be selling any Monsanto product, that clearly causes more harm than good. We must make a statement -- and not support stores that sell this poison that is getting into the water systems and poisoning us, the landscape for our animal friends. Bi-Mart - Department Stores Near Me - Port Orchard, Washington

I discovered Bi-Mart a few months ago, after moving to a somewhat isolated rural area(about 45 minutes away). It's now my new favorite store. Their prices are generally competitive. I frequently cross shop between Costco and here, and Bi-mart often competes on price, without having to buy in bulk. The store format has a lot of variety in a relatively compact space. The employees have always been helpful when I need them. It's probably not a store format that will appeal to everyone, but if you want a "general store" format with good prices without the hastle of walking through their larger competitors, it's worth a look. read more

I love Bi-Mart and this store is great! They have a little bit of everything and the prices are good. This store isn't gigantic like Walmart, Fred Meyer or Costco so you just run in and get what you need quickly. There is always parking. This store is well stocked, clean, and has unique items in all departments: Electronics, housewares, hardware, garden, clothing and a small grocery. I like the fact that it is a NW company and owned by employees. It has a small town vibe. The lifetime membership is only $5. The store is well organized and rarely too busy. They are somewhere inbetween a mom an pop store & Walmart. Just enough in many dept. That you just might get what you need with out having to walk the length of a football field to get it. Prices are reasonable. read more

Went to buy a firearm. Took an hour and a half just to get it into the computer with impatient kids. Waited another 30 minutes and the computer gave a delay code. Never had any issues buying firearms. Went to another retailer done in 30 minutes. Will never shop here again. read more

I shop at this store regularly, at least two to three times per week. The staff at the firearms/fishing desk are extremely helpful in their department. The service at the rest of the store is not good, never once have I been able to get help in the electronics department, and the older lady that works up front goes out of her way to profile and be very rude to people. Question: If the store has a no back-pack policy then why have I been allowed to bring my pack and my motorcycle helmet in every time I've been to the store since they opened, except one time a couple days ago. I was let into the store and then was told by that lady "Hey wait kid, no backpacks in the store!". I'm 27, not a child, and when someone points out to an employee that they've never been treated like that here......an employee should NEVER accuse that person of being a thief, or mutter curse words about them under their breath. If it weren't for that one employee my review would be 4 stars, if they'd stop profiling people and having them followed then it would be 5 stars. I understand that they have to prevent theft, however the way the front older ladies treat people is fucking ridiculous. read more
