I had previously purchased all the material I needed to refurbish the old insert for the last 2 seasons ( firebrick, paint, etc. ) before we committed to replacement. Office staff is friendly and accommodating. They do a great job with quoting - in person or through email. I feel that the prices are competitive and I really got a good value on the new wood insert. I buy the pressed wood logs from them as a supplemental wood source - they carry them year round. They will close the parking lot while they unload a incoming log shipment , but just come back in an hour and they'll get you taken care of.

We bought three large loads of three quarter minus rock to have our driveway redone. The rock was delivered by a contracted driver named Pat (male driver), who drove a huge near-new truck and did a fantastic job of slowly spreading the rock where we needed it, including in a few tight quarters. He continually checked with us to insure we were getting the rock where we wanted it. Pat did a fantastic job! A few days prior, we drove out to the quarry office and talked with Cristal, who explained the whole process and had us follow a couple of employees out to actually see the rock we'd be getting. Cristal was seriously easy to work with. It was a pleasure doing business with her. We had called three other companies for quotes and Kitsap Quarry was half what the others were charging. We'd be happy to do business with Kitsap Quarry again!

I visited because my thrift store bought standing lamp broke where the shade connects to the light socket, damaging the wire also. Didn't really know much about the lamp except is was a heavy, quality, unique piece worth fixing. Took it in and they were able to tell me it's a European lamp with an usual size of socket threading, but they found a solution and it was rewired and ready to pick up in under 2 weeks! Well guess what... I put the lampshade on and adjusted it too tightly and the socket cracked... then 2 days later our large 2X3 foot painting fell, knocking over the lamp (shade was not attached at the time) damaging it further and we had picture frame glass shards everywhere! Not our lucky day. We took the lamp back and they had a stronger socket. Our lamp shade was large and too heavy for the first one. Now it's fixed and looking great. Thanks LUXE team, you are great!

The piece has been brought to life and the glow of it feels like my mother is smiling on me. One of the flowers was broken and the enamel was flacking off all over it. I couldn't even tell you which flower had been broken! The old wire has been replaced and I feel safe having it in my home. I will enjoy this piece for the rest of my days, and when I'm gone hopefully one of my brother's sons will want to enjoy it. Thanks Luxe!
