I asked if they had any in stock and this shorter white lady with short blonde hair was so rude and replied with an annoyed sigh and said "NO WE SOLD OUT ALREADY!" This place has everything. I took a picture in to get framed. I thought the prices are reasonable. I used a ready made frame. Picture was done in about 10 minuets. If you are not sure of size frame they will measure for you and help pick out a frame as well read more

We went in today, it was busy, but who could have predicted how poorly they would handle it? We stood in line at the register to make a return for 15 mins then when it was our turn we were rudely informed that "she doesn't do returns" and to go to a different line. We stood in a new line for about 5 mins and were told by that cashier that she doesn't do returns either and to go to line 1. I let her know that line 1 was down and had been the entire time we were there. (Which she should have been aware of) We went to the line the 2nd cashier motioned us over to, and waited AGAIN. While we waited, the 2nd cashier led customers behind us to line 1 and opened it. We eventually got our return done, after over 30 mins of being in the store, several flat out rude and unhelpful staff members, and with the cashier supervisor simply standing around doing nothing but watch the entire time. Hobby Lobby is not the only craft store in town, yet they act dismissive and rude to customers. I've been on the other side of customer service, their behavior was flat out ridiculous. Shop at Michaels, or Joann Fabrics. If you want to be treated like crap, shop at Hobby Lobby. read more

We love Hobby but this location is terrible. Omar from that team was very disrespectful to us when we needed help. The cashier Katie was very nice but needed help. She called several times and said he would come but did not. It was a very small toy and several other similar ones were there. After waiting 7 minutes I went and found Omar myself who was causally chatting with a female co worker. He gave me a dirty look and said what do you want? I said my family are the ones that need help in the front. Your teammate has been calling. He said it will be a few minutes and then walked the opposite way with the female worker as they talked to each other under their breath. When I got back to the checkout a 3rd lady approached and I asked if she was a manager. She gave me a dirty look and said why do you need one? I said I just need help buying something from your store. Can you help? She literally said whatever and walked off. The poor new girl checking us out was doing her best but her team gave her no support and didn't care about their own team or customers. In the end my son got his tiny toy snake and at least to him it was worth it. read more
