When Pokémon and Baseball cards became a thing again! This shop is located in the back of Northtown coffee just passed the main dining room on the left. They have a great selection of baseball, basketball and football cards. They've also got a big selection of Pokémon cards. They have single cards for sale, boxes of almost anything you can think of, wall art, as well as plenty of hard cases, protective sleeves, and storage boxes. The guys who work here are very knowledgeable about what they sell and aren't trying to upsell you on anything. If anything, they recommend the less expensive options if it means better stuff for you. It's a great place to go with your kids if they're starting to get interested in sports, and also a fun spot to stop by and just talk sports with other like-minded individuals. There's been more than one occasion that I found myself watching a baseball game for 15 or 20 minutes and here it just talking about in the season in general. It's a great trip down nostalgia road and a fun way to connect with other guys. Once a month, they host a card show in the main lobby. It has been and and continues to be a really fun event that my boys and I look forward to. They've also started doing Pokémon nights as well the focus on kids wanting to either learn the game and trade in a supervised environment. Its a fun evening and great for the kids! I was told it would be finished that PM or the next day and to please call me. After receiving no call, I called that afternoon. Again I was told it would be ready the next day. I called again that Pm, after not hearing anything, and was told the Lazar machine was out of order and the bracelet would be ready the next day. I was about to say I would be in when the "gentlemen" I spoke to hung up on me. My wife received a call on Thursday that the bracelet was done. She went in and said that she was there for the bracelet and a staff member called out, rudely, from the back " I've got it here ". She came out and dropped the bracelet on the counter and said "There is no guarantee don't bring it back here " Not only will I not bring it back, but nor will I do any more business with Parry Jewelers. Some attention needs to be given to "customer service "

They tried a number of different tools, and ultimately after having a couple folks work on it were able to get the pin replaced. They also looked into getting me a new watch band and quoted me a very reasonable price, comparable to what I found online. I was really impressed with the service and the dedication to actually getting things done correctly rather than just telling me "you need to buy something from us". Good work guys and gals!

In one of my visits I showed the hardware I needed for an old window and frame and although he explained that they don't sell custom made manufacturer's items, he looked in different aisles and recommended an item that could work to fix my window so I bought it!!!! All of their team members are new or recently hired within 2021-2022 and are way more professional compared to what the store had before by a long shot.
