    Grave Digger & Bigfoot
    Travis M.

Early this week a purchased a RC Gravedigger. After the car, a battery and a charger I spent close to $400.00 that day. Later that afternoon after we got Grave Digger up and running and within 10 minutes a part had broken, and the legendary Grave Digger was dead. The very next day I had called and told them the situation. I brought my car with me. Within minutes, they had checked the part number, got it, and installed it on my sons vehicle. We have been up and running ever since. Thank you so much for being there, being so helpful and friendly. You've got a life long customer here!!

This place will bring the kid out in most. :-). Lots of toys, models, science kits, airplanes, cars and so on. The place was quite busy and there is lots of parking. Todd is very knowledgeable and a heck of a nice guy.

They also sell gaming accessories such as D100 dice!!! Oh my! The cafe even has a 3D printed dice tower if you want to choose the fate of your food order. lol! There is limited alcohol here and the food is mostly snacks, but they do have sliders and chicken tenders, pop, liquid death, a couple of canned alcoholic drinks. For a whopping $12 I spent on food, I got to try 4 games, and.....it was karaoke night and we sang songs with random strangers in the specially reservable room they had. You could select the songs on the machine or through an app. They could use a little more variety in the song list that have but a lot of the popular suns are there. I can't wait to go back and try some more games. Parking was street parking and a little challenging but there are side streets too with street parking. The store itself had super modern and clean look, games well displayed, and nice and air conditioned on a warm day. Even the bathrooms have some hygiene products and are unisex! Oh yeah did I mention that are open late. 1am on a Friday night. I would seriously recommend this place to anyone!

The selection here is massive and incredibly well organized, with something for everyone from casual players to serious hobbyists. Wandered into the store because I needed to kill some time before my lunch reservation at Paper Bridge. The store is so big, so spacious, and so well organized! There are so many different types of games, puzzles, cards, die, mini figures, etc. I loved wandering around and would get excited when I finally recognized a game I knew. There's a gaming section in the back which seems like such a nice option for people to try games they don't own. Staff were friendly, bathrooms were clean, and prices are absolutely reasonable (so I left with a couple party games).

Apparently everyone else in the immediate area got the memo before I did, because the place was *packed* with patrons playing pretend with painted plastic proxies of pistol-packing Primarchs punishing patrols and parties of pan-universal peoples...in this case, Warhammer: Kill Team. Every table was entirely covered with detailed terrain, miniatures, books, cards, tape measures and beverages, surrounded by gamers bent forward in ergonomically-unfriendly hunched positions, guaranteed to cause back problems in the future! What I expected to be another simple evening of trading card negotiations ended up being pretty…read moredisappointing. I've supported this shop for a long time, and they've supported my passion for the Pokémon TCG. I can literally see cards I once traded in sitting in their binders and display cases. But reflecting on my most recent visit, there are two issues that really stand out. 1. Trade-In and Cash Value Are Low The percentages they offer for both cash and trade are noticeably lower than other shops. A competitor priced the same cards roughly 30% higher--the only reason I didn't go with them that day was because their cash flow was low and they couldn't pay out at the time. That discrepancy alone is frustrating. 2. Staffing & Negotiation Have Become Inconsistent In the past, staff have always treated me respectfully. They weren't rude this time either, but historically they've been fair with negotiation--occasionally offering a small discount or working closer to market value. This time, that didn't happen. They insisted on giving "market value" for just one card and then even less percentage for the rest. I asked for around 40%, and we eventually agreed on a deal involving a $10 card. But at the last minute, I was pressured into dropping the deal by another ~5% "so everyone's happy." The truth is, I wasn't -- especially considering I was already accepting a lower percentage just to make the deal work. If I'm a regular customer, I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect fair negotiation. I wasn't even met in the middle at 35% on a $220 value. Bottom Line: If you're looking for a solid selection of cards and okay pricing, this shop is fine. But if you're interested in selling or trading, I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere. Unfortunately, the stereotype about some hobby shops being cut-throat with trade-ins feels pretty accurate here.

This place truly excels at both. The owner has been consistently kind every time I've stopped in for trading card game products, even going out of his way to update me on upcoming releases to keep things accessible for the local community. In a year where TCG demand has been intense, that really stands out. For a smaller shop, they deserve even more product allocation because you can genuinely feel their love for the hobby. There was one instance where an order I placed had a miscommunication, and the owner immediately reached out to clarify and make things right--I left feeling highly satisfied. Beyond the fair market pricing (instead of the inflated numbers you see elsewhere), what keeps me coming back is the selection, the friendly explanations about games I'm curious about, and the genuine interest the staff shows in what customers enjoy. Parking is easy, the vibe is welcoming, and it's great having a local shop I can rely on when many others in the city don't match the quality and care this one offers.
