Currently target is selling a Dreame wet dry k20 pro and you need to know this! I bought one in December 2025. I paid $175.00. However you cannot purchase the replacement roller or filter if you need too. It's a one time use. I contacted Dreame and they do not have any replacement parts that you can purchase. So you end up spending $175 for a couple months. I have gone round and round with the Dreame customer service and they obviously do not care. Am I mad?!? Very!! I'm contacting the better business bureau and filing a complaint. Target should look into their products before putting them on the shelves. read more

If I could leave one star, I would. I am visiting from out of town, & during the duration of my time here, the majority of the employees have been extremely rude, & exhibit horrible attitudes. Some refuse to assist when asked for help, or if they do, it's as if helping is a major inconvenience to them. They also lock the doors before posted business hours, without any explanation or warning. There is no point in operating a business if you are not going to switch things up on a whim, especially when this is a corporate company. I asked several employees to show me where (a sign, a website , etc.) they have specified that the store closes 5-10 minutes early, and none of them could. One of them refused to speak to me (he actually ran, & gave a snarky response while doing so), even though I was very polite when asking. None of the employees I've encountered over the last few weeks should be working in customer service. If there was another Target nearby, I would frequent that one, but unfortunately, this is it. Hopefully, the people working here will receive the necessary training on how to work with the public, & how to execute proper customer service at all times. I understand wanting to get home, but there is a better way to go about doing things. If the store is going to close early, the hours that are posted should reflect this. read more

This target used to be my favorite. However over the last few years I actually will drive to a further target to avoid this one. There's almost always a Sheriff parked outside to arrest someone, and there's always constant theft. The shelf's are bare and with the new remodeling it feels like I'm walking through the entire store to gather items that used to be next to each other. There's always some sort of post about men following women to their cars, and although I haven't been followed to my car I've been followed through the store. The workers are all truly very friendly however and a lot of this is out of their control. read more

This store is toast. It feels like Target in general is sliding backwards. Shopping in the store with my wife and she says the selection is just as bad as Walmart. Few minutes goes buy and she says the store is dirty, no one works here, it's just like Walmart. My wife looks at a few things and says, these are cheaper at Walmart. Let's just go there. In essence, Target has officially slid below the "Walmart level." I owe Target a thanks as my wife has not used her red card or the Target app in a few weeks. One last thing, don't even bother using their pickup service it is never staffed adequately. We give a 30 minute heads up and still end up waiting 30-40 minutes. I often do online order with car pick up. Last night I placed and order and when I picked it up today the sour cream I had ordered was expired and not by just a day but it expired august 4th 2023. So 2 weeks past the due date. I called and it just rang and rang. I'll have to take it back in a couple days. That's so nasty. The people that are filling the orders should really be paying more attention. If they can't provide fresh food that's not expired or Morley fruit then they shouldn't offer this online with pick up order. It only takes a second to check the date on the package, or to look through the bags of grapes or apples to see if there's bad ones in them. read more

Like all Targets, this location is a one stop shopping destination if you need to pick up household cleaning items, small appliances, home decor, bedding and bath, paper goods, health & beauty, garden, outdoor furniture, party supplies, electronics, toys, basic groceries, shoes, accessories and clothing for the entire family. they have great athletic wear and sweats for all those living in casual clothes during the pandemic. To ring in every holiday, they have lots of seasonal items that can be found throughout the store. For Valentine's, you will find hearts on dish towels, on dishes, candy, throw blankets, cards, balloons, clothing. Same with Thanksgiving or Christmas or any holiday. Often months in advance! They are providing masks and sanitizer, requiring masks for entry and even doping curbside pickup if you prefer ordering online. Customer Service is immediately as you enter, which is very convenient. I'm surprised other stores have never followed suit, choosing to make you walk into the depth of the store for a simple return. I get they want up you in the store to purchase, but it's easier to do so when you first offload your return. My advice is to shop here during the week if you want a pleasurable experience. The store is clean, organized, not a lot of people and checkout lines non existent. Weekends are an entirely different experience! Trying to park without getting hit or hitting someone, either a car whipping around the corner or a human paying zero attention walking diagonally between cars. It's a crazy scene! Target is one of the anchor stores at Clackamas Prominade so a trip here means you can check off a lot of other errands. There's and Old Navy, Nordstrom Rack, Cost Plus Market and Kohl's, just to name a few. And of course Clackamas Mall across the street. read more

So it's 2 days after Christmas and I went to do an return. I generally like going to this location because the parking lot is larger due to it being in the Clackamas Promenade and it's very clean and organized. When you enter the store there is a table with masks and sanitizer with an employee. They are making sure that everyone is masked up. There was also a station for sanitizer wipes that you could use on your cart. Nice! I was actually surprised that the customer service area was not busy, there were only two people in front of me. I was able to do my return quick and easy and with great customer service. I decided to grab a few other items while I was there. I came around the corner and there was the Valentine's Day merchandise! 3 isles of it so far as well as some other end caps. Geez... I don't ever remember Valentine's Day starting this early in the stores but I guess they want to keep the momentum going. It was however very nice to think about Spring weather maybe showing up early. So there you have it... If you have a hankering for some heart shaped candies, pillows and so on... Besides being messy and absolutely totally disorganized. customer service was just as much of a let down, I was looking for an item in my size because at another target they said this store had 2 so I drove 40mins when I got there I look for it and couldn't find it and I seen no one working on the floor I went to customer service and asked she said it shows on is on the floor I explained I have looked everywhere, could I order one. she said I don't think we do that any more. I'd like to start off by saying I'm a Target FEIND. Shopping at the Wilsonville location is one of my favorite hobbies. Shopping at this Target feels like a bad fever dream. The parking lot is a zoo, the cashier's are painfully slow, & good luck if you need to make a return. I spent 20 minutes in line trying to make a return, 15 minutes were spent listening to two employees argue about who was going to get behind the counter and who was going to go to lunch. Outrageous. The remodel is also horribly confusing & nearly allllll personal care items (toothpaste, deodorant, soap, razors, laundry detergent, medication, etc.) is locked in cages. This would be less of a problem if employees were actually willing to help, but again, I asked for assistance & this time I had to listen to two young male employees talk about proudly cheating on their girlfriends. I can't fathom why you would discuss that in front of a customer, but honestly that was the least of my worries. What should have taken me about 20 minutes took me over an hour and a half. Maybe I'm being dramatic, but when I left I looked at my friend & we both swore to never step foot in this Target again. read more

I went ito the store to pick up a few basic item. Not only are the shelves bare. A few off the items are locked away. Things like toothpaste,vitamins,allergy meds. Not only are there no associates around this feels like a waste of time. After going up and down looking for someone when i found him he walked away. Warning to customers. Do not buy gift cards at Target. My daughter paid $200 for an EBay gift card at Target. She discovered that the card had no value. We promptly went to the store and were astonished that Target refused to grant her a refund. It was not until my daughter got a lawyer who threatened to sue Target and warned Target that we would file a complaint for unlawful and corrupt business practices that Target finally relented and issued a refund. This is by far the worst Target I've been in and there's clearly something big going on (all management fired?) and this store has devolved to almost unrecognizable levels. This is without a doubt the worst target I have ever been to. It's always a complete mess, merchandise and trash on the ground and empty shelves all over the store. They are usually out of whatever I'm shopping for no matter how basic it is. Today I saw that several aisles are locked behind glass, you have to push a button and call an employee just to get something as ordinary as deodorant and toothpaste! Living and working near this Target has been very convenient since it has a good range of items at reasonable prices. It's been particularly helpful when I've needed travel size toiletries for vacation or work and when I've needed to buy single utensils. They also have a good selection of more utilitarian items like groceries and cold medicines. They also have a Starbucks which is a convenient way for me to grab a quick cup of coffee while I visit other businesses in the same, big shopping center. Unlike some other Targets in the area, this location has a decent sized plus clothing department. I've even been able to score some cheap but stylish bathing suits in my size. The one thing I wish was better was ordering for in store pick-up. I like that it's easy to purchase items for in store pick up through the app, however, information about store availability or estimated pick up times hasn't always been accurate. Today, I ordered three men's cotton t-shirts for my husband who needed them right away for work in the upcoming heat wave. Two hours later, I see that only one was available. This was disappointing and inconvenient and I ended up getting the shirts somewhere else. In December, I ordered food and toys from this location via Shipt only to find that most of the items I selected weren't available. Most of the time though, in-store pick up has worked out. read more

For the 1st time in a long time I wasn't confident in my answer to the initial question, "do you recommend this business"? Here's what I'll say. I've been periodically shopping here for about a year. The employees are usually nasty, it's very out of the ordinary to find a pleasant one for help. When you do, you never see them again. I witnessed at the checkout, a supervisor trying to convince a worker to work thru their break because the were short handed, hmm. It ended in a disagreement, obviously. I think some people forget where they are before they begin an inappropriate conversation in public. I felt bad for the worker, I think the supervisor took full advantage of being in front of customers, that she wouldn't say "no"! Anyway, the deodorant and toothpaste are now locked up. I asked to find an item and he--his name was Daniel--helped me find said item. he proceeded to complement my pants and showed me some other pants i would be interested in. We talked about 60s/70s fashion, Audrey Hepburn and a bunch of other stuff. He basically shopped with me the whole way, it was like having a shopping buddy with AMAZING fashion advice and such colorful character. i've never connected so much with an employee like that before, i felt so good with my purchase. Went in to see if they got Xbox's. I asked the employee if there was any because I saw it in stock 2 left in the store. She said no and that it's online pickup only. I knew that was false since I bought an Xbox there in person before. I then see that she bought the Xbox for herself and that there was one more Xbox left and sadly someone bought it ahead of me. For the longest time I thought this Target was brand new since it was so clean, so spacious, and not overly busy. However, I was informed by a target employee that this place has been here for years, I've learned this is just one of those places that is exceptionally well maintained. Specials are always good here and service is even better. Typically there are lines at most targets but I haven't seen one here just yet, not even during Black Friday sales. I wouldn't ordinarily come to target, but I now work for two companies where I purchase and deliver people's groceries for them. This forces me on occasion to come to Target. Honestly, I highly recommend using pretty much any other store. Target makes seemingly no effort to ensure that their products are fresh or well stocked. And they do not update their website, which results very often in them not having what my customers ask for, and then people get annoyed with me when the order arrives and it is not the quality they want, and or items are missing. But I genuinely do everything I can. I will say that most of their employees are helpful, and friendly, however, many of them don't really know the store inventory any better than I do. Whereas Fred Meyer gives their employees access to the store inventory on their phones. I will also say that I don't like target as a company, nor do I like that they feel the need to ram their political agenda down everyone's throats. I disagree with allowing grown males into the women's restroom for obvious safety reasons, and for a couple of years now I've been one of many people who deliberately avoids target, and I'll say this, now that I'm forged to go there from time to time for work, I am so glad that I made that decision, because I used to go to target, and I forgot how lame it really is. read more

It is a target. Exactly what you expect a target to be. Granted, the parking lot is an absolute nightmare where it seems all form of civility go out the window. However, the store is well-kept and clean. I have also found that the employees are always very very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend avoiding the store on the weekends unless you have some form of survival training. Seriously, that parking lot is awful. The site of a uniform security officer at the front door should have been a sign that this target was not a good one. Not to mention the security officer followed me around the 3 times that I visited the Target, very uncomfortable! The shelves are messy, they always have items still in boxes and not on shelves. They never have a register open, only self check out which make the lines extremely long! This is probably the worst target that I have been too!! I get a Walmart feeling here, not Target. read more
