So many options, so many toppings, and so many Asian flavors! I love it! The place is small and only has counter seating along the walls but it's so much better than Wondaffles across the street! Came here again in hopes to get my fiancé his fave bubble slush-taro! And they had it in smoothie version which is very similar to slush and my fiancé liked it :) My son stuck with his Oreo drink and I tried the matcha creme brûlée which is a little stronger than the regular matcha but still enjoyable. I order from HOCAA almost every Sunday on Uber Eats. I love their drinks, they're always well-made, my order has never been wrong. I think for the quality of their drinks, their prices are very acceptable! Where this location is, in Bethlehem, it is 30 minutes from where I am and when the drinks arrive they're always packaged good, I always have straws, my drinks are always still cold, tapioca is always good, and the drinks always taste exactly like I ordered them before. I have also been into the store personally 4 times and it is kept very clean and the workers are sanitary. 10/10 in all areas, though I have never tried their food, but I'm sure it's good. I strictly came here for their egg waffle after my dinner. I didn't try their drinks out because I already ordered a drink during my dinner. I ordered their original egg waffle with request for extra crispy. It came out pretty good. (I should never compare to the one I have eaten in elsewhere, like NY, Canada, and HK because they were so much better.) Anyway, texture was pretty good. The taste was just missing some more egg flavor. But overall was satisfied with that egg waffle. Btw, this place do have a nice wall backdrop for photos. A good selection of bubble tea drinks but the boba itself doesn't have a lot of flavor. I liked that they automatically offer lactose free milk. They don't have almond or oat milk. My red bean boba drink was ok. Service is friendly but we had to wait a long time for our drinks. They get very busy for sure. The store is pretty small with limited seating. read more

Boba: Their boba was not sweet and not chewy. It wasn't awful just very mediocre boba. I've made much better with the dried packaged boba you can make at home. I'm looking for that chewy honey or brown sugar tasting boba. Theirs was slightly hard with nonexistent sugar. The tea itself was fine. Rice ritos: I tried to order one but they weren't making it that day not sure why Matcha Egg waffle: seemed slightly burnt in my opinion. It wasn't very sweet even with a honey drizzle but it had a decent texture - crunchy enough to break off and chewy enough to still enjoy. Not much green tea taste to it. I will give this place another try down the line. Maybe it was a bad day but I'll be back. Seating is limited as it's a small shop and the employees weren't super friendly but they weren't mean. I changed my mind-- unfortunately, the quality of their drinks have downgraded so much within the past year. Two weeks ago at the Palmer and Bethlehem locations, I ordered the winter melon milk tea with brown sugar boba twice, and I barely tasted the winter melon powder/syrup and the brown sugar. It tasted like plain milk. Today at the Bethlehem location, I ordered the mango milk tea with brown sugar boba. The mango milk tea wasn't mixed properly because I felt the powder on my tongue. It was also easy for me to tell that I was served day-old boba because the texture did not feel soft and chewy at all. And yes, I barely tasted the brown sugar in the boba. From one boba lover to another, I hope the owner takes my review into consideration and works to improve on each drink's quality to reflect their pricing. As an Asian American living in the white suburbs, I was SO excited to finally have an authentic boba establishment open up near me, and I enjoyed your drinks within your first year of opening. Boba was a bit soft for my liking but did not detract from the overall experience. Just glad to have a legitimate boba place in the area. Lots of options for add ins and flavors. Service was quick and friendly and we liked being able to select the sweetness level. They did however run out of boba while we were there and it was about a 10-15 minute wait for a new batch. I actually went here a long time ago now and it's very quaint, smaller than the Naruto branch but it makes up for it with unique tea drinks.

My boyfriend and I stopped here in the evening after dinner one night and what a pleasant surprise !! Fun fact. 6pm-8pm they have a "happy hour" where it's buy one get one free. Finally got to try Hocca's Bubble Teas! Today wasn't as busy, but the service was still exceptionally quick. I'm more of a basic tea drink type of person, so I got to try their Golden Grapefruit Green Tea with regular sweetness, brown sugar (always) and also added the cream cheese foam. They also gave a good amount of boba! To my surprise the cream cheese foam wasn't too thick and overall the drink was amazing! I will definitely come again to try more of their drinks! read more

It's been a long wait for a dedicated bubble tea place in the Lehigh Valley. This place does not disappoint. Some expected growing pains for a new business and, not surprisingly, they can get extremely busy. Be patient with wait times, I think it'll get better with time. I've tried the brown sugar, matcha, and red bean bubble teas with different mixes of bubbles, jelly, herbal jelly, or pudding. Some at 50% sugar level though I think their bubble tea is overall not overly sweet anyway without the sugar reduction. They were all delicious and hit the spot for my bubble tea cravings! read more

At 11:20 he says he's ready. But the computer isn't on. So we wait for it to boot before we can place an order. I absolutely love Hocaa Bubble Tea! I have had the Oreo Creme Brulee Milk Tea with added Brown Sugar Boba and it is to die for! I have had this drink twice and won't hesitate to come back! Although sometimes a lot of people are in the place, it's still a great business to get nice cold beverages from! You get your drink in less than 5 minutes! And I might add that I love the caps of the large drink cups. I love how they have a place to pop in the big straw and a little heart plug to pull out to just drink the beverage without the boba. I love love LOVE Hocaa Bubble Tea and recommend the Oreo Creme Brulee Milk Tea with added Brown Sugar Boba and added Sugar. (My usual drink order.)
