First off the family who owns the shop is wonderful, friendly and extremely welcoming to all who enter their doors. I found that each day I would walk around and notice some new trinket, glassware or paper ephemera item that I had overlooked the day before. You will surely be greeted by their beautiful golden retrievers during your visit who love all the rubs. They also have another sweet dog named Rose who you will find resting throughout the shop. This is a place I will come back to again and again when I am in the area. I can't say enough about the owners Trish and Greg and their lovely daughter Olivia.

Inside, the store is spread across many rooms of a cute little house and it's obvious the staff do their best to organize / give a curated vibe. Since this is an organization that supports animals, there are always lot of adorable pet themed items ( coffee mugs, t shirts, blankets , etc ) and lots of second hand pet items ( beds, toys etc.) Prices in general are fair, with some of the dish sets being a bit higher, but this seems to be common across all charity shops I visit. Overall, a great place with friendly staff, decent prices and a cause that is very close to my heart.

I called the store on Wednesday before the tour to find out where to meet for our tour and to confirm the time of the tour. I came into the store this morning again to confirm the meeting place and time of the tour. When we arrived at 4:45 we were told by Asia that there was no Crimson Trails tour tonight. When I tried to explain I've already confirmed the tour 2 times she had no answer. Asia tried calling the manager Anjenette. Who offered no resolution to my problem. When I tried to call Viator who I booked the tour thru there was no resolution as well. Frustrated and angry !
