My car did not have the wheel on I asked if he wanted it on so it would be easier to pull up and he said no it was better to pull it up with only 3 wheels. He proceeded to put an object under so the car would slide on the ramp, as he was pulling it up, my car was sliding off. I told him to stop and he did not listen, my car then slammed on the ground with one wheel off causing my brand new cv axle to snap. He did not take responsibility and told me he thought that was already broken. Don't hire him if you want someone with integrity as he will not own up to his mistakes and left damages to my car.

He and his staff evaluated and fixed the problem. 2 weeks later the light popped back on. I brought it back in and they took a look and noticed a loose wire that was probably caused when they were cleaning the throttle block. I picked up the car and he said it was no charge. That is the type of business that is being run there. I will say this. If you are in a hurry, let them know. Be up front with them. They work to get it right, the don't work for speed and while that may bother some, I consider quality vs quantity to be very refreshing.

That's a $209 markup before they even touched the car, on top of $90/hour labor. When I called them out they knocked off $70. Still overpaid by $154. On top of that they promised it'd be done Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning. Got my car back Friday. I'd tell you to bring your own parts but they don't allow it -- so just save yourself the trouble and find a different mechanic. These guys are counting on you not asking questions.
