I was told that updating or ensuring the correct prescription is filled is solely my mother's responsibility. I find that response unacceptable. Medication management for elderly patients is already complex. Continuing to fill an outdated prescription after a new dosage has been prescribed creates a significant and unnecessary safety risk. This is not a minor administrative oversight, as it has direct health consequences. When we previously used Rite Aid, prescription updates were consistently reflected in their system when a physician submitted a change. I am deeply concerned that Walgreens' current practice may place not only my mother, but also other elderly patients, at risk. Patient safety must be the priority.

Three sleep studies later and a switch between CPAP and BiPap, then the CRT put the machine on CPAP Flex (which wasn't ordered) and 3 phone calls between the pulmonologist and the CRT who admitted a bias against BiPap I went back to BiPap the pressures were finally correctly adjusted. Then no one billed Medicare correctly after the 90-day period. I turned in the machine on 3-12-20 picked up my medical records (which did not include the EOB of the said Medicare denial) and took them to Bellvue. I hope they can straighten out this mess because what I expected from NWRM was transparency, competency, and service to wit I got none of the three. I cannot recommend NWRM for respiratory services with the present CRT and their lack of ability to bill correctly.

When you return 45 min. Later, and it's still not ready they give you attitude and explain that they have been really busy and they have to answer the phone too. I've never had someone at this pharmacy answer the phone, but I'm sure it happens. This is the best example of a poorly managed, poorly staffed and incompetently run business I have experienced in a long time. I thank god there are other options, I just hope they are not worse.

The employees at Moscow Safeway or really kind and helpful. If you live on this side of town and don't like driving very far then this is definitely the place to go. As I said the employees are kind and will seek you out if you're by yourself looking confused. They also engage in at the check out and treat you like you're a human being. Bottom line is the employees look like they enjoy working there - you can often see them smiling. There is a really nice guy at the pharmacy - I don't know who he is, but he's awesome. Five stars for the employees at Moscow Safeway.

We are so happy to be back with Norco, Pullman Washington. We had a different company in Oregon and…read morewe're very unhappy with them and so switch to Norco in Oregon and we're always so very happy with them. When we move to Idaho, we hooked up with Norco again and we're always happy with them, their service, their friendliness. And then the VA decided to go with a different carrier. The same one we had not liked in Oregon. We were not happy with them. We expressed that to the VA numerous times. And we were so happy this week when we learned that that VA had gone back to Norco. And Thomas came out to change things out and he is so helpful and so nice and it just makes our hearts feel good to be able to be back with Norco. I recommend Norco medical supplies to anyone that needs their services.
