The braces come in beautiful colors that you can choose and the staff are SUPER nice. The quality is pretty good i haven't finished and I'm only like... 6 months and my teeth have already changed soooo much. I ten out of ten WOULD recommend. The only thing i don't like is the contests in the office are confusing cause i don't know how i can even participate in them.

Fresh baked cookies, happy employees who remember you, and poppin music in the waiting room are just some of the reasons I loved my experience with Hoff Orthodontics. Dr. Hoff and his staff are the best! I didn't wear my retainer when I was younger and needed braces again. The process was as pleasant as I could imagine. Everyone is happy and friendly, and I found myself actually looking forward to my adjustments every couple weeks. They all go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Most importantly, I am also very happy with the outcome of my smile. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for braces. read more

I took my daughter to Hoff after we had an ortho visit at our regular dentist office that went horrible. They suggested many things that I didn't think were necessary and I didn't feel comfortable. Needless to say our visit at Hoff was amazing and we did a same day start. I know my daughter is in good hands and that her smile will be beautiful when she is done. After talking to a coworker about how amazing the staff is here, I figured it was time for a review. Let me just tell you that they are absolutely amazing here!! From the consulting experience to the follow up appointments after my braces were taken off, every single experience has been great. Their customer service here is that of a servants heart from the staff up front to both Dr. Hoff and his son in the back. Would most definitely recommend them to anyone I know without second thought. read more

I cant believe Dr. Hoff doesnt have more reviews. HE IS AMAZING!!! Wait correction the ENTIRE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! I love that they are on the ball when it comes to texting, calling or e-mailing me reminders and or communicating. We all have busy lives and they look out for you and will accomodate you as much as possible. Plus the visits are very efficient. Hardly any waiting and if you have a question...which i always do...you can e-mail them and they are always so prompt and through in thier responses. My entire family will be getting braces with Dr. Hoff. Oh and he also has an office in San bernardino if its more convenient for you. Its the same staff but they work out of both offices. read more

I got fitted for braces when I was 21 years old with Dr. Hoff and I couldn't have had a better experience! I am a perfectionist, and the staff was more than accommodating to my needs every time! Appointments were always treated as such and never had to wait long to be seen. The office is beautiful and festive during the holidays. They even give out fresh baked cookies after your appointment! Hoff orthodontics is the place to go, I love my new smile! read more

My husband Anthony has been going to Dr. Hoff for a year for his braces. He absolutely loves going there. He said the service is timely and the staff is friendly. This office is seriously awesome. I was treated by Dr. Hoff back around 1993, and I'm now bringing my daughter to see him (my sister and her daughter have seen him as well). She has a complicated situation with her teeth that will most likely include a bit of oral surgery in conjunction with her ortho, and I'm completely confident in putting her treatment in Dr. Hoff's hands. He has the experience, knowledge and ability to do the best job. His office staff is incredibly helpful and sweet, and the office is beautiful! I'm even considering going through some treatment myself again - my teeth have moved a bit since I've not really been wearing my retainers like I'm supposed to (I know, I know) and working in the dental field myself, I can't resist the temptation to fix everything up! Anyways - to sum it all up - I can't express how highly I recommend Dr. Hoff and his office! read more

I had braces from Dr. Hoff about 6 years ago (end of junior high/beginning of high school) and even though braces can be a pain, he was a great orthodontist. I recommend that people check this place out if they are trying to improve their teeth. I think his location has moved to Redlands, CA (1895 Orange Tree Lane, Suite 203). read more

Amazing, awesome, friendly and energetic staff from the first phone call for a consultation to our appointment where everything was done in one location with superior service and the friendliest staff. We were thoroughly informed about my sons specific needs and what it would take to accomplish that. My son was excited to leave with his braces on. I was beyond excited to be offered coffee from their amazing and fully stocked coffee bar and was even given my very own Hoff Orthodontist reusable coffee mug. Dr Hoff's office is more than just orthodontics, it is the best example of customer service that I have come across. They have paid attention to every detail from greeting you when you walk in to offering you a fresh baked cookie when you leave. My 16 year old just completed her treatment with Dr Hoff and we are so pleased with the results. We started her treatment at age 8 with another popular orthodontist here in town and decided to make a change when her first phase was completed. I had no idea how pleasant taking your kid to an ortho appt could be! I no longer dread it. My 13 year old is starting her treatment and I know exactly what to expect. There will be top notch treatment, pictures along the way, cool contests for her to participate in, complementary drinks and treats, and a team of happy, kind hearted staff who are genuinely happy to work there to take care of her along the way to getting her perfect smile. If you have to spend money on orthodontics this is the place to go....trust me, you get so much more than that! read more

I wish I could give 100 stars! This is my second time with braces. I am so glad I got a consultation from dr hoff. He was half the price of the first quote I had received from another orthodontist. Dr Hoff's office and staff are great, when I have to bring my kids they make it so easy with kids movies and cookies. Best orthodontist around hands down!! I would recommend to everyone!! read more

Most amazing orthodontist they did both my kids braces. My son finished yesterday my daughter got hers on yesterday. They treat you like family and in 3 years have never been there on a bad day as I don't think they have any. I would recommend them to everybody. Amazing place to go. read more

For my consultation, Dr Hoff led me to believe that he could accomplish my expectations with my teeth. Towards the end of my treatment, Dr Hoff was unable to meet my expectations. He referred to my teeth as having ethnic characteristics, that he was unable to correct. He promised I would love my teeth, but they don't line up. If I was a nail biter, I wouldn't be able to bite my own nails. He said, "It's just a millimeter, no one is even going to notice" Yes, the staff is friendly, but I have to live with my teeth read more

Wow! I'm just so impressed with this office! They constantly stay in communication with you so you never forget about your appointments. The entire office is gorgeous and the staff has phenomenal customer service. I just got braces on for the second time yesterday. They gave me a military discount and they do not charge extra for clear braces. I had a very thorough consultation and they put braces on the same day!! They took awesome before pictures of my teeth and smile and took another picture after I got them put on. Oh and they gave me a little goody bag to take home with me. Meet the Business Owner: Randall H.

Dr.Hoff completed his dental training and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society - signifying the highest academic achievement in dental science. His desire to enhance peoples smiles and enrich their lives drew him into the specialty of orthodontics. Dr. Hoff finished at the top of his orthodontic specialty class earning a Masters of Science degree in Orthodontics from Loma Linda University. He has been involved in almost every area of dentistry. From teaching general dentistry and orthodontics at Loma Linda School of Dentistry, to being on the board of directors for the California Association of Orthodontists and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists. He has several times been a delegate to the American Association of Orthodontists and been program chairman for the California Association of Orthodontist annual meeting. Dr. Hoff also served two terms as President of the Loma Linda Orthodontic Alumni Association.

My daughter was quoted almost $6,000 for two years of braces at this office and at a different office in Grand Terrace the Dr. that is also board certified $5,000 for the two years. However, my daughter liked Dr. Hoff better at this office.

The upbeat work atmosphere is not surprising given that Dr Diehl is one of the most kind and committed dentists you could ask for. Education for new patients and families is top notch. Each question or concern was anticipated and take home laminated pamphlets provided in a " introduction" sling backpack; which was also filled with other supplies. In addition they have a take what you need drawer filled with items to ensure ongoing braces cleanliness and health. Of course my son was fixated on the animated movie, and subsequently was totally distracted and calm for the initial brace fitting. When he first glanced around nervously I could tell the ability to see other kids relaxed in a non threatening open lay out set him at ease in a way that was physically visible to me. I do believe that every facet of care is considered and provided for beautifully. People are treated in a human way by first name and never made to feel like another case or mouth full of teeth to fix. 10 out of 10 for me!

After almost 2 years of treatment, my daughter's baby teeth fell out. They removed my daughter's braces, and almost immediately her teeth reverted to their previous position. Instead of giving us a solution, Dr. Diehls practically abandoned our case, and the other doctor stated that only surgery would truly make a difference. For nearly a year, they took our money and time, and never did anything for my daughter. We finally sought a second opinion from another orthodonist, who re-applied the braces right away. My daughter's teeth are now almost perfectly aligned, and there was no need for any special treatment or surgery. Shame on this office and team!

Next thing you know I was about to hit 4 years with a messed up bite and teeth. They clearly don't care. Be 10 minutes late? They cancel your appointment and push you back weeks. Oh but they can text you they're running behind because of short staffing. This place is poorly run, misleading, and not worth the time, money, or stress. You get what you pay for.

Dr. Hoff and his staff are amazing! The staff were very friendly and professional. They make you feel at home and like family. We even got fresh warm cookies. Jaime the X-ray Tech made my son feel very comfortable by explaining the x-ray process. Our treatment coordinator Laura was very detailed explaining the ortho process to my son and I that we decided started the ortho process the same day. Dr. Hoff and Rosie made my son feel very comfortable during the ortho process. My son looked so relaxed in the dental chair as if he were at a spa. Dr. Hoff is extremely warm and friendly. Rosie was very detailed in explaining the importance of dental health care while wearing braces to my 13 yrs old son. Dr. Hoff's office / staff is very organized and he runs a detailed operation. The entire process took us less than 90 mins! My son was back to school by 10a with braces on and a smile so wide. The whole entire staff made my son's experience an enjoyable one that he won't forget. Oh and they have a Patient Reward Program which I have never seen in any dental office before. I'm just glad we chose Dr. Hoff for our son's ortho needs. He's the BEST in the Inland Empire hands down. read more

This place is wonderful!!! From the consultation to the complimentary x-rays to the hospitality of everyone working there, it really has been an amazing experience. Every time I'm there everyone is so happy to be there like they love their job and that's fantastic!!! It makes their patients feel right at home evertike we walk in. I have been in other Dr offices where it was super cold and uninviting, but this place is the direct opposite. I personally have 3 boys finally getting their braces, and they are even excited to go. Although I have a sneaky suspension, it's for the cookies afterwards lol but they are so happy, and as a mother, that's all that really matters. Dr Hoff, thank you for helping me give the smile my boys always wanted, but more importantly, thank you for creating a safe, happy, and loving environment where my kids feel welcomed. This is our third time with Hoff Orthodontics. They are seeing two of my children, and I recently began my journey. I love how thorough they are at the consultation, in addition to explaining all the different options. They are not only professional, but extremely down to earth, and incredibly warm and welcoming like a family. I enjoy going into all the appointments to see them. They know us by name and remember the things we've previously talked about in recent visits. It is truly comforting when you know they have your best interest in mind. One of my favorite things about them, is that, even though they do this job day in and day out, they get just as excited for the kids (or me) as things progress just as much as we do. I am a new patient if Dr. Hoff's and enjoy coming here for my care. This is a very family-oriented office with a fireplace in the waiting area fully decorated for all holidays. Fresh coffee and fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies are waiting for you, too! A few months ago as I was waiting to be seen by Dr. Hoff, I received a message that my grandma was hours from passing. I did my best to keep my composure, but the attentive staff noticed something was wrong and soon many came to comfort me. I will always remember the expressions of concern and sympathy - which even extended to subsequent appointments. I wondered if they would remember, and they did. : ) The staff here are very professional, family oriented and just plain fun! Great for kids and all other ages, too. I was a patient here from 2010 - 2013 and I enjoyed the service and staff so much that I made a return in 2021 when I needed additional work done. I was one of those people that got braces in college. It was a terrible idea to wait and I wish that I had done it sooner. Dr. Hoff and the entire staff made the experience as painless as possible. I remember on one occasision I had a wire poking me in the mouth on a saturday. Dr. Hoff got me into the office and fixed it the same day, despite him having a sinus infection. I came back in 2021 to get invisalign because I failed to wear my retainer consistently. The same staff were there to welcome me back and they ALL remembered my name, despite not seeing me for almost 10 years. I highly highly recommend getting all orthodontic treatment here. read more

Dr. Hoff and Staff are truly amazing, and are great at what they do. Dr. Hoff is one of the best Orthodontist around, you cant find another doctor that is caring, trustworthy, friendly and gives you a perfect smile all at once. He is an expert!!!! Whenever I hear that there is an appointment coming up to Hoff Orthodontists I get super excited. You walk in and there is a movie playing for younger siblings, coffee and hot chocolate for after the appointment, and smiling faces and happiness that make you feel super joyful and loved inside. When you are having your teeth looked at they talk to you and ask you questions about you! They are all so considerate and helpful, and always want to make customers happy. You open the doors to a place filled with kindness, love, and desire to help others. Then , when you leave they send you out with a hot freshly made cookie. Dr. Hoff is a great orthodontist! His office is amazing! It's very modern and up to date. The staff there is amazing! They are the sweetest people you'll ever meet! They welcome you when you walk in, the ask you how you are and how your day/week has been, and they're just super sweet. I look forward to my appointments there. One of the great things about Hoff ortho, is that the patients receive points every time they come! When you get there on time, when you have good hygiene, when you brush your teeth after signing in, and more! I have been told to get braces since I was a teen and just refused. I haven't been to the dentist in 6 years but finally went back and of course they recommended braces. Got a referral from my dentist and I am not surprised at the quality of service I receive at Hoff orthodontist!! They are knowledgeable and I'm shocked at how fast I was able to see results. The associates are always smiling and friendly! Genuinely happy to greet you. They all speak highly of one another. It's rare to see such happiness in every person that works there. I've been going to Hoff Orthodontics for a while now and I'm so glad I found them, they're always so sweet and my family who has braces has gone with him as well. The entire team worked so well with me and Dr. Hoff worked with my insurance so I was lucky enough to not have to pay anything! Ms.Laura and Dr.Hoff are the sweetest people ever. They are really nice people, they left me speechless today. Though you may see it as not a big deal, for me, it left me deeply thankful for them. I walked their clinic without any appointment, and I said to them I have some interviews in the next month and I want to replace my rubber bands because they are discoloured. Saved the day! We are visiting from the East Coast and my son managed to break his braces which left him with a long metal piece sticking out of his mouth. I called at least 5 different orthodontic offices looking for someone who could help my son before we traveled back home. No one was willing to help until I called Hoff Orthodontics. They were amazing. Even though they have a very full schedule and we aren't regular patients, they squeezed us in and fixed the problem for a Very minimal cost. I was recommended by a coworker and have been treated by Hoff Ortho since January 2022 and the experience has been amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and they provide the best care and treatment for teeth misalignment and bite correction! I had a severe open bite, but after being treated by Hoff's team as well as being referred for jaw surgery, I am now nearing the end of my orthodontic treatment and am on track to finish earlier than the anticipated 36 months! I started my treatment approximately 2 months ago. I'm very pleased and happy with the service Dr. Hoff has provided. The staff made me feel welcome from the start.
