Our salesman, Andrew, walked us through the entire process confidently, helping us choose the best windows for the long haul of North Pole winters. Once we figured out what we wanted, Adam did a great job of precision measurements to make sure the windows were to code and fit our house just right. Jessica kept us informed during the entire process of ordering, scheduling and installing our windows. She made sure there were no surprises. The best part of this big project was our installers. Conner led his team, Kal and Josh, professionally from day one. These young men were amazing, they work very hard and are quite well trained. Being winter, I was worried that the house would get cold, but they use a heated bubble so that taking out the old and installing the new windows felt comfortable. We had decided to add a window over a dark entrance and it was fun seeing them create the space for it. The bay window that I dreamed of for years is so beautiful. Our back sliding door opens with ease. My old windows would frost and make inches thick ice, my new windows don't. I'm very happy to have a future without installing window plastic and wiping off mold when the ice formations melt. As they installed the windows in each room, we could feel the comfort level rise, the outside noise decrease. We had to turn the thermostats down when it was minus twenty this week because the warm air isn't leaking out. For the first time in years, our Thanksgiving guests knocked before our dogs started barking, because we couldn't hear them drive up. I hope to never have any problem with our windows, but if we do, the warranty gives me peace of mind. These windows are worth the investment. I wish we would have done this years ago.

The company might be your cup of tea, but im still very skeptical. Upgraded from 1 star to 3 stars. Short Version: Not a fan of the sales practices (cannot speak to install or product quality, Contract is vague on what you're supposed to get, specifically says that only thing binding is the contract, but I don't have in writing even what series or model of windows. Company agreed to a change order that took off the 7 windows, which reduced the cost by $29k. Still pretty sure I overpaid for the patio door by a lot. Worth Noting, if you want Fibrex specifically, the Anderson 100 Series windows (unsure how they compare to what Renewal installs), would have run $7,480 total, plus $110 per window install and $330 for the patio door install as the rough quote. (total of around $8,600 vs. $37,000) Expect to pay around $4k+ Per window.
