I was assured about Dr Heller that my out-of-pocket cost of a cosmetic procedure would not exceed a certain amount, before I decided to go ahead with it. When I called to enquire about my final bill, she was rude after I asked for a refund due to the conversation I had with Dr Heller and twisted the story to about him MAKING me do the procedure. Imagine my shock when they told me Dr Heller was insulted when he thought I said that. Such a shame I will be going elsewhere in the future because I thought he was a good dentist.

Initially, he saved my teeth when I had problems from a former dentist. In 2012, I was diagnosed with Leukemia (AML) which caused my teeth to decay due to the effects of two bone marrow transplants resulting in Graph Versus Host disease (GVHD). He coordinated his care with an Oral Pathologist & Oral Surgeon to determine if I could undergo implants. I've had seven implants which took a year to complete. I now have a full set of teeth again. He and his staff are so caring and the quality of what he did could not be any better. His treatment plan was amazing with a computer picture detailing every process for a year. He also arranged a financial plan to ease that burden. I would not hesitate to recommend him. If you want the best care, you will get it from him and his staff!
