Starter was tuna tartare with chips. Tuna was fresh, buttery and delicious. Chips were crispy but could have used some salt or seasoning instead of plain. I think this small addition would have accented the tuna perfectly. Main: I had the sirloin medallion with mashed potatoes and a veggie hash. You can see from the pic that there was a large piece of silver skin/tendon that was inedible and was really annoying to have to cut off. The steak itself was cooked med rare and was tender but was seriously lacking salt and none was offered. Too bad because this could have been a really nice steak. Mash potatoes were creamy and delicious. Veggie hash was cooked perfectly and I really enjoyed this versus the usual broccoli/veg that comes with steak. Again it would have benefited from a hint of spice to open and excite the tastebuds. Desert: crème brûlée donuts with Carmel sauce. Wow these were incredible and the highlight of the meal. Overall I'd give the meal a 4. Nothing was bad per se but at this price the expectation is that all of the little details will be covered (to me under-seasoning is unacceptable at this kind of restaurant). Service was amazing and extremely attentive to refilling wine and water.

The crab cakes are really just packed crab meat, no random filler ingredients or doughy bits. Just straight crab, seasoned nicely. Eggs again were perfection and so were the potatoes. My only negative with this one was the bed of carrot/radish pickles under the crabcakes. It's the asian style, but I think they forgot sugar in the brine. It was straight vinegar and I couldn't eat it. I really love pickles but this was so acidic. Overall a highly enjoyable brunch. Bit pricey but it's nice for a special date day. The zucchini is fresh and juicy. The breading could be better, but the whipped ricotta dip with sumac elevated each bite. Thai Crab Salad A letdown of epic proportions. It lacked acidity, spiciness, or any discernible flavor. The saving grace of this dish was at least a generous serving of crab. Perch A failed attempt at a dish. The assembly of the garnishments was confusing, leading to a messy plate where I had to dig around to sample the veggies. The jasmine rice was fine, but I think a brown rice would've served better. Everything was underseasoned. Stir Fry This was good in the way a frozen meal is good. Salty, meaty, but not much else. I would dislike this more if it weren't fairly priced.

I noticed that they constantly changed the items to prevent the food from becoming stale. I only wish the breakfast times didn't end so early (9:30AM), but it's the breakfast from a hotel so it's expected.
