Now, the only reason I did not give 4 stars was the side dishes - I had three: BBQ beans - these were really good and would have brought my review to 4 stars easily. Also I had the potato salad - now, unfortunately, I'm a potato salad snob - I like deli style potato salad. This potato salad was better than most I've had in PC, but just not quite there - 3.5 stars The last side was cole slaw and this is where they lost that last half point - the slaw wasn't bad, again better than most since most is store bought, it just had a bit too much mayo for my taste.
