Second time I go in they tell me, unprovoked mind you, about their stance on trans athletes and their shocking "final solution" to the homeless problem. But, the final straw was my latest visit. No odd opinions shoved down my throat this time. Nope. They were closed during their posted business hours. So, from now on I suppose I'll drive out of town or buy my equipment online.

We emailed ahead of time to ask about availability and Austin replied that they already had a group coming in at our desired time, but informed us of alternative times and even offered a discount if we decided to book another weekend. They provide bows, arrows, and lessons for people trying it out for the first time. They offer kids classes on Saturdays from 9am - 11am and can teach kids as young as 4-years old to 13-years old. They got everything done for me same day which was unexpected. I sort of held of the whole store up with how much time they needed to service me, but they were very helpful and thorough, and the regulars that were stuck waiting behind me were also very friendly and full of advice. A bit of a drive for me, but they'll be my go-to going forward for all archery related needs. Lastly, keep in mind this is a small business, not a big box store. It's not super tidy in terms of browsing shelves, and they have limited staff, so come in with a good attitude and I'm sure they'll do right by you.

I'm left handed so be sure to call in advance to make sure the store has them in stock since they're typically low in inventory. Curtis, the owner, helped me get started with the a bow and arrows that best fit me. He was informative and patient with my questions. Afterwards, I was directed to Sammy at the range to get a feel for my equipment. He helped fix my shooting posture as well as my accuracy. Overall, great experience at the store and with the workers. Even the customers were nice in educating me with archery accessories.

I went to my local Sportsman Warehouse to select and pick out a firearm. Customers be aware have your patience got on because you're gonna need it because if you either gonna pick up Ammo or starting a paperwork will be your right arm. You will be waiting in a line. They have this new system now where we have a kiosk barcode and you have to scan the barcode and check yourself in and put yourself online currently I've been reading almost 2 hours and barely budged. I'm just here to start the paperwork on my Firearm order. I strongly suggest that they hire some more people or qualify some more people to certified and doing the firearm paperwork process and distribution that is much needed. I rarely ever have to do a 3 to 4 hour wait to start paperwork for the firearm I purchase online. Btw i'm still online waiting to be her fingers crossed.
