One was dead by the time I got home. Today I bought three pajama cardinals. I drip acclimate everything, and partway through the drip, two of the three were clearly going downhill. Not ordinary settling-in stress, but failing. I called the store, explained what I was seeing, and they told me to bring them in. The diagnosis came quickly once I got there: my salinity was 1.019, and the fish had been shocked during acclimation. On that basis they credited me for one of the two dying fish and I absorbed the other. Store credit, not a refund. What bothers me is where the 1.019 came from. They tested the bag I'd carried the fish back in, and I had filled that bag from my own display tank. Same water, two readings: 1.019 on their instrument, 1.024 on my digital meter at home, calibrated before I used it. One of those numbers is wrong. That wasn't an academic disagreement. It decided who paid. Their reading put my tank out of range, so the loss became mine, and the portion they did cover came back as credit that only spends at the shop that sold me the fish. Three of five animals in two days, and an explanation resting on a measurement a calibrated meter contradicts. There are other places to buy livestock around Gainesville and I'll be using them.

However, when we went in the ball python was being fed prey way too small for it, a pinky mouse/rat. Hatched baby balls don't even eat prey that small. It also had no water in its enclosure which we let someone know about before we left. Also, it had stuck shed which is due to low humidity. Heres a pic. The baby cornsnake was in a completely empty enclosure with no hides, but it did have aspen to burrow into. I will also attach a picture of my ball pythons setup and her drinking water because I know some people think snakes don't drink water. (I also know my setup isnt feasible for these types of stores however a little foliage would make this babys enclosure so much better and less stressful). Guess I will stick to ordering from chewy!

We went through all 3 training levels with Sorcha so she really got to know and understand my dog. Now whenever we visit her at petsmart my dog gets super excited because she knows treats are around lol Petsmart grooming is also fantastic! The last 2 or 3 times my dog has seen Sabryna and she has done a fantastic job. I cannot speak on their haircuts because I have a Rottweiler so she only gets baths. I also get the nail grinding for my dog because her nails are black and very thick so cutting them does nothing. I highly recommend this location I can't say anything bad about them!

Lived here over a yr. I've watched the building of these homes & I would never buy. The (no rebar…read morein concrete) driveways crack from the dumped sand settling and your tile work inside will pop & crack (I'll post pics). Small homes and little to almost no backyards. Streets & most yards flood when it rains. The sketchy, nasty 'fishing pond' smells, no lights (all cut), gators and snakes. I wouldn't eat anything caught fm it. Nails sticking out on deck. There are no signs for speed limit, children at play, and bus stop loading & unloading. They do have the all important "no outlet" one! There is a HOA but not sure what the money goes to other than some guys doing little landscaping. I will be happy when the construction is over. Folks driving in yards, killing grass & breaking sprinkler heads. I reviewed this place on FB & was reported to FB saying I cannot post on it for not being a part of the community . The 5 star reviews are fm realtors, w one or two home owners. Looking fwd to moving next year. Good luck to those left behind & may things get better.

Like seriously, the appointment was scheduled for 8am, I was at the door at 8am. This was so disappointing. Never again! This was the second time, the previous groomer was upset that my dog was grumpy and suggested I walk him to urine before bringing him in future. I think he sensed her bad attitude.
